Sliding my hand into the correct position, with my thumb on the sniper button and the base of my pointer finger resting on the highest point of the mouse's base, I find myself choking up on the mouse in an awkward way that reduces my maneuverability.

On the inside, the Sabre RGB Pro has a strong Pixart PMW3392 sensor that tracks at up to 18,000 DPI and stays accurate up to 450 inches per second. That’s not a huge upgrade over a standard gaming mouse, but it’s more than I’d expect from an input device in its general, not-quite-budget price range.

for some unknown reason the Nightsword falls short of the M65 Elite's performance, despite having the same sensor. People say with high end mice, the sensor isn't a spec to look at because they are all practically the same, but I disagree. I have tried many different sensors that are all in this DPI range and 1000 Hz polling rate, but nothing else has felt as as silky smooth as the M65 Elite. In fact, not even the Nightsword with the same sensor feels as smooth

Scroll wheel is fine, rolls nice enough, feels almost like a glorious scroll wheel, just a tad louder. Shape was kinda interesting. Its a similar concept to the NP-01. Ambi shape + flare on the right side for your fingers to rest on, its not bad actually, just a-little bigger than i’d like

I really wanted to like this mouse. Let me say that the mouse is nice and wide and a good shape tall. It has a nice shape that allows your hand to hold the mouse. I have average to smaller size hands

When I got it i was super excited, btw im a pro fortnite player, so I use this for school and mostly for gaming. It fits my medium sized hands well, but here is were the problem starts. The scroll wheel sometimes doesn't register in wireless mode and wired, but it is worse in wireless mode. Also sometimes the mouse clicks with me applying no pressure to the mouse, and the last problem is sometimes the sensor just stops sensing

and NO it is not a malware! you not someone else has switched your profile(more than likely) by fat fingering the scrollwheel/profile switch. the button and the wheel are too close together! Also Corsair could make it where your new profile switch stays on the same DPI level as your old. for instance if you are on level two it needs to stay on level two when you switch from Proflie A to Profile B and C and so on. Would partially fix the problem

I love all of my Corsair peripherals, they all work perfectly and I've never had any issues with iCUE. I've had the Nightsword RGB Wired mouse for a while now because I love the shape of it but man is it an terrible design. The fact that 65% of the mouse is covered in that stupid reverse stippled rubber that gets full of the disgusting grime annoys the hell out of me. Everyone's hands get sweaty

Preferably I would like something I can palm comfortably, with support for my ring/pinky finger, instead of the hybrid palm/fingertip grip I've been forced into. I would also prefer something as light as possible, though I realize keeping it light and large is problematic and getting a good grip is my first priority. I'd also prefer not to have too many buttons sprinkled around ready to be miss-clicked (a point of worry with the Nightsword or a Logitech G604), I'd prefer the bloatware kept to a minimum and if the mouse has RGB I'd like to be able to turn it off. I'd prefer wired but for the right grip I can go wireless

My thumb sits mostly on the 5 button with the 1-3 row easily reachable with my thumb's tip. My ring and pinky fingers sit comfortably, and my pinky is able to provide lots of grip without cramping. In general, the grooves of this mouse are very ergonomic and satisfying.

An issue is that for a reason that is known only to Corsair, they decided to put the DPI up and down toggles right next to the left mouse button. I cannot understand this decision. My hands are too large so about half the time I'm going to click the button, I instead press a DPI toggle button, which tends to get me killed. This is a major issue on a GAMING mouse

This mouse's dimensions appealed to me on paper, but when I finally got it, it felt off. My hand really did not sit where I thought it should and ring finder and pinky on my right hand would often click the right mouse button moving the mouse quickly to the left. When I moved the pinky to where I thought it should sit, it felt off. One other odd thing is that the bottom of mouse's angles are not smoothed (where the side meets the bottom
