Fit
Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT
Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.
Focal Clear
The Focal Clear Mg are audiophile headphones with a very premium design and a comfortable fit. They're the next generation of the Focal Clear, and unlike their predecessor, their drivers have M-shaped inverted magnesium domes. These are advertised to improve their damping capacities as well as make them lighter and more rigid. They have a smooth and warm sound profile that reproduces clear and accurate vocals and lead instruments
Sound Quality
Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT
What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding
Focal Clear
My first listening experience with the Focal Clear was nice, but something felt missing. As I kept jumping between various portable headphones and the Clear, the Focals consistently felt undernourished in terms of bass. I recount this experience only because I suspect it would be a very common one for most Verge readers. When you come to headphones like these, you’ll find yourself feeling somehow shortchanged
Comfort
Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT
Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though
Focal Clear
These headphones will neither fall off from being too loose nor become painful from clinging on too tight. They’re also, dare I say, compact for a pair of ultra high-end headphones; I can wear them around my neck easily and they don’t produce the Princess Leia look of something like the MrSpeakers Ether Flow.
Durability
Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT
The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

Price Point
Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT
I wanted something wireless to avoid extra wires without compromising quality of sound on the mic end and audio end. Below I breakdown pros and cons mostly from a wireless perspective. Price: After watching review after review of Yotubers comparing these to other headsets that are significantly more expensive, I had a feeling these would be worth it. And so far they are

2. Sundaras: everyone was lauding them as the best headphone under $500 and then some; 4XX didnt really give me any reason to keep it, no competition to the Sundaras; HD 560S was bought to get the Sennheiser comfort (and they live up to that); Focal Elex was bought because Andrew from the Headphone Show got a unit that was almost as good as the Focal Clear, I decided to roll the dice; Focal Clear was bought because I liked how the left driver of my defective Focal Elex sounded, so I begged my local hifi dealer to sell me the Focal Clears for the equivalent of $900 USD (and success, thank you Addicted to Audio); Focal Elex were returned for a refund to the abysmal company known as Drop.
