Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT vs JBL Live 460NC

Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Available in white with gray and orange details, the JR 460 NC headphones have circumaural earcups with generously cushioned earpads. The underside of the headband is also well padded, and the fit should be secure and comfortable over long listening periods.

What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding

The mic offers solid intelligibility and a clear signal. When we tested their performance on an iPhone using the Voice Memos app, we could understand every word we recorded with minimal Bluetooth distortion. When there’s a strong signal, your child’s voice should be easy to understand.

Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though

The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

Replacement set requested app update after 6 weeks. After the update, my headset would never stay off. Turned on automatically until battery dies. Had a JBL speaker 2 years ago that could no longer hold a charge after a few months

I'm writing this review on day 3 of owning, and these are the perfect well-rounded pair of wireless headphones. These replaced the Void Pro headset of mine and while I thought the Void Pros were top tier a year ago, the XT makes the Void lineup look like Skullcandy. The headset is nice and light, has an above average microphone, dual connection between dongle/bluetooth at the same time, and even a 3.5mm port for an external DAC

I've always been a fan of my good wired headphones, but I finally broke down and picked up Bluetooth JBL Live 460NC headphones. Quality has come a long way for BT headphones. Happy with that choice. Had to be even better when you step up to something like this Sony over ear headphones

"Discord Certified" but causes issues with Discord keybinds unless Discord is set in administrative mode and/or compatibility mode. Then you have issues sharing media in chat, issues with Steam Overlay, and other issues compounding on top of that, (something you shouldn't have to deal with). With iCue closed and not running, some Corsair services remain active in the background which destroys battery life on multi GPU laptops, as the services prevent Windows from utilizing the "onboard" GPU. After disabling/removing the Corsair services my GPU auto switching was fixed

Overall opinion: These are entry-level Bluetooth headphones that are not too comfortable. They begin to irritate my ears after 45 minutes. In addition, the headphones compress tightly over the ears. Pros: Sleek design Fast charging Long battery life Excellent microphone for phone calls Cons: Uncomfortable after 45 minutes The JBL app is weak It's a challenge to switch between my laptop and my phone I have to connect Bluetooth to my phone manually every time Final verdict: It gets two stars because of the discomfort
