Fit

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum

(1/1)

Not a terrible range, but can be frustrating as sometimes if you are 10-15ft away you can only hear if you turn your head in the proper direction. - Plates covering the battery/USB dongle holder are a little loose and can pop off at times if bumped - Will make a noise every time you change the volume, or every time it is quiet for a few seconds and sound plays again soon. This is to save battery but the notification of it turning on/off can be pretty annoying at times - I find that they can start to fall off of your head easily forcing you to catch them as it is kind of a loose fit, even if you have it tight around your head. Ear cups don't really stay tight around the ears, but this is due to it being for comfort, which it does succeed at That's about it for this review

Sound Quality

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding

Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum

The Logitech G933 deliver on all the essentials that make a great gaming headphone. They have very low latency, a great mic, decent sound quality, and lots of customization and connection options. They're comfortable, decently sturdy and come with a regular and an RCA cable, so they will work with your phone, console controllers, and home theater setup. Unfortunately, they won't be the most versatile headphones to use outdoors unlike some other gaming headsets

Comfort

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though

Durability

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

I agree, its like the developers at Logitech don't actually use the software. I have to uninstall their G933 driver and revert back to Microsoft's just so G Hub doesn't destroy things and volume level goes back to normal.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

I'm writing this review on day 3 of owning, and these are the perfect well-rounded pair of wireless headphones. These replaced the Void Pro headset of mine and while I thought the Void Pros were top tier a year ago, the XT makes the Void lineup look like Skullcandy. The headset is nice and light, has an above average microphone, dual connection between dongle/bluetooth at the same time, and even a 3.5mm port for an external DAC

To pair you have to hold a pin into the wireless adapter until it flashes, then turn on the power (wireless) switch on your headset and hold the mute button for about 15 seconds until it flashes. After a bit it should sync together. Then go to your sound settings and switch them to your headset. Google has directions too

Battery Life

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

"Discord Certified" but causes issues with Discord keybinds unless Discord is set in administrative mode and/or compatibility mode. Then you have issues sharing media in chat, issues with Steam Overlay, and other issues compounding on top of that, (something you shouldn't have to deal with). With iCue closed and not running, some Corsair services remain active in the background which destroys battery life on multi GPU laptops, as the services prevent Windows from utilizing the "onboard" GPU. After disabling/removing the Corsair services my GPU auto switching was fixed

This headset has also survived several drops and slams compared to the original G930 which seemed to break structurally every time. This headset is much more durable and does not loose connection to the source signal like the G930 did. Headset battery life is great as well. I don't notice the battery life trickling off like most lithium batteries in cell phones do these days

Price Point

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

I wanted something wireless to avoid extra wires without compromising quality of sound on the mic end and audio end. Below I breakdown pros and cons mostly from a wireless perspective. Price: After watching review after review of Yotubers comparing these to other headsets that are significantly more expensive, I had a feeling these would be worth it. And so far they are

- Price. Got it for $102, very nice for this price. Cons: - Head cushion came off on one side after putting the headset on for the first time - Distance is a bit low, already lagging in another room (1 wall, 12 feet away) - Speakers make a weird and pretty loud click sound when headset is waking up - Buttons take time to adjust, the volume regulator is kind of too much sensitive The cons really don't matter when the headset is in use, so I'm not paying attention to them. --- Update
