Fit

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Sennheiser HD 450BT

(1/5)

Their active noise cancelling feature has a fair performance but it struggles to reduce bass-range noise like bus or train engines. They also have a tight fit, helping them stay stable on your head during a light run. On the downside, their headband doesn't have a lot of padding and their ear cups may not fit larger ears well, which can make them uncomfortable to wear for several hours at a time.

Sound Quality

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding

Sennheiser HD 450BT

The MEMS mic array offers excellent intelligibility. Using the Voice Memos app on an iPhone 8, we could understand every word we recorded clearly, with very little Bluetooth distortion and even a hint of bass depth. One great aspect of the mics is they give you some in-ear monitoring of your own voice, which generally leads to speaking at more natural conversational levels, which often leads to less mic distortion and a clearer overall signal.

Comfort

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though

Sennheiser HD 450BT

They checked all my boxes, and while I don't praise them as the best in my review, they are really great overall for the money. Hey, they sound better than my kid's old Beats did.

Durability

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

Sennheiser HD 450BT

(1/1)

I’m hoping they last a long time. - Cons: There might be a little fatigue from long listening sessions, and the volume might not always be very high for podcasts or streams. This, however, is something I’ve found to be a common issue with closed-back cans. The noise cancelling isn’t the best on the market by any means, although I think the sound quality more than makes up for it

Bluetooth Connectivity

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

I'm writing this review on day 3 of owning, and these are the perfect well-rounded pair of wireless headphones. These replaced the Void Pro headset of mine and while I thought the Void Pros were top tier a year ago, the XT makes the Void lineup look like Skullcandy. The headset is nice and light, has an above average microphone, dual connection between dongle/bluetooth at the same time, and even a 3.5mm port for an external DAC

Sennheiser HD 450BT

- I feel it is a bit heavy and head band is a bit too tight in wearing (I am a big head person.. ). - Bluetooth 5 connection setup is easy and audio quality is rich and clear, but the connection range is same as my old HD1 headphone

Battery Life

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

"Discord Certified" but causes issues with Discord keybinds unless Discord is set in administrative mode and/or compatibility mode. Then you have issues sharing media in chat, issues with Steam Overlay, and other issues compounding on top of that, (something you shouldn't have to deal with). With iCue closed and not running, some Corsair services remain active in the background which destroys battery life on multi GPU laptops, as the services prevent Windows from utilizing the "onboard" GPU. After disabling/removing the Corsair services my GPU auto switching was fixed

Sennheiser estimates battery life to be roughly 30 hours, but your results will vary with your volume levels and your ANC usage.

Price Point

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

I wanted something wireless to avoid extra wires without compromising quality of sound on the mic end and audio end. Below I breakdown pros and cons mostly from a wireless perspective. Price: After watching review after review of Yotubers comparing these to other headsets that are significantly more expensive, I had a feeling these would be worth it. And so far they are

Sennheiser HD 450BT

(1/3)

It's no secret that noise-cancelling headphones cost a good deal more than their traditional counterparts. Priced at $199.95, Sennheiser's HD 450BT headphones are far from inexpensive, but they cost considerably less than leading ANC (active noise cancellation) models like the $400 Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700. For half that price, Sennheiser's pair offers above-average ANC performance and excellent Bluetooth audio
