Fit

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Over ear headphones are not comfortable while lying down on acid. They'll be comfortable for a while, but if you at any point want to turn on your side? Very uncomfortable.

Sound Quality

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding

Sennheiser HD800S

This is especially true for relaxing and melodic genres like Chillout or New Age. The HD 800 S ability to sound as relaxed and transparent as possible, surrounded and airy, takes the experience of listening to such music to a whole new, higher level.Whether it’s a quartet or a large symphony orchestra, the Sennheiser HD 800 S is more than worthy of reproducing classics. The instruments do not mix in a single mass and sound quite independently

Comfort

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though

Sennheiser HD800S

A solid 1mm thick steel band can be too resilient and put too much pressure on the head around the ears, and a single thin band is too weak. Therefore, a multilayer solution seems quite logical, and a smart marketing move to combat vibrations.“Microfibre ear cushions provide exceptional comfort even with long listening times” – I would probably agree with this statement. Although we have been carefully taught that leather is the best material inexpensive model, personally, I have nothing against alternative materials

Durability

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

**Sennheiser HD800S (Balanced, stock cable)**: These have been the headphones I've had the longest, and were my first "TOTL" headphones. Still love the sound,

Bluetooth Connectivity

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/2)

I'm writing this review on day 3 of owning, and these are the perfect well-rounded pair of wireless headphones. These replaced the Void Pro headset of mine and while I thought the Void Pros were top tier a year ago, the XT makes the Void lineup look like Skullcandy. The headset is nice and light, has an above average microphone, dual connection between dongle/bluetooth at the same time, and even a 3.5mm port for an external DAC

If you're someone who can sit still while laying down, then you should consider possibly going with wireless, bluetooth headphones like the Sony or Bose ones so that you can also get up and dance without worrying about them tangling or pulling off your head. Good over ear headphones tend to weigh a bit and aren't usually exceptionally stable when dancing around or rocking out.

Price Point

Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT

(1/1)

I wanted something wireless to avoid extra wires without compromising quality of sound on the mic end and audio end. Below I breakdown pros and cons mostly from a wireless perspective. Price: After watching review after review of Yotubers comparing these to other headsets that are significantly more expensive, I had a feeling these would be worth it. And so far they are
