Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS XT vs Skullcandy Hesh Evo

Personally the pleather doesn't bother me but comfort is subjective for the corsair XT since round earcups isn't everyone's cup of tea.

The Skullcandy Hesh Evo is a cool-looking pair of over-ear wireless headphones. For $99.99, you get a supremely comfortable fit and a bass-forward experience, but not much else. There’s no app, no active noise cancellation, no exercise-focused features

What can i say, i love my full metal corsair products, the RGB is really cool how they have the ring around the mic! The audio is great when its in the wireless mode and its even better when you use the Aux cord. The pressure on my ears isn't a problem because of the soft foam inside The headset fits great tho its not the softest head padding Yeeeeeeee yeeee Over all i would say you cant go wrong here, a must buy! Edit: after using it for awhile i would it needs some softer head padding

They also have an excited, v-shaped sound profile that adds extra boom and thump to your mixes while brightening vocals and lead instruments. However, they lack an EQ or presets to help tweak their sound. They also struggle to isolate noise around you and leak some audio at high volumes.

Wireless: The dongle provided is built strong and looks good. Functionally awesome too considering I can walk around my apartment without losing audio or mic connection. Comfort: Comfy but a bit too snug. The snugness does help with sound isolation though

I just got these a month ago, and I love them. They are super comfortable to wear. I have used them on an airplane four times now and they work great. Quickly paired up to my phone, and cancelled out all the other noise, so I could watch a movie

The "Premium" version is worth it for the build and audio quality obtained considering it is wireless. Build: Quality build. Sturdy while looking really clean and cool. The RGB is a plus considering I already use Corsair's iCue software for my PC fans and keyboard

I went back and forth on which ones to get, knowing that my budget was on the lower end, I also needed something that was actually going to work and last. I actually snagged these while they were on sale, honestly I'm so happy I did. They cancel MOST background noises out. I still need to be able to hear somethings so I'm okay with it but when music is on, I can't hear anything else

I'm writing this review on day 3 of owning, and these are the perfect well-rounded pair of wireless headphones. These replaced the Void Pro headset of mine and while I thought the Void Pros were top tier a year ago, the XT makes the Void lineup look like Skullcandy. The headset is nice and light, has an above average microphone, dual connection between dongle/bluetooth at the same time, and even a 3.5mm port for an external DAC

"Discord Certified" but causes issues with Discord keybinds unless Discord is set in administrative mode and/or compatibility mode. Then you have issues sharing media in chat, issues with Steam Overlay, and other issues compounding on top of that, (something you shouldn't have to deal with). With iCue closed and not running, some Corsair services remain active in the background which destroys battery life on multi GPU laptops, as the services prevent Windows from utilizing the "onboard" GPU. After disabling/removing the Corsair services my GPU auto switching was fixed

If I fall asleep with just the noise cancelling on and nothing playing it runs out in a day. Cheaper chinese brand NC headphones have definitely last longer, though the noise cancelling is definitely inferior. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I'm not an audiophile and I don't want to have to go into the $200+ range to get better battery life to go with better NC

These are not worth 100 dollars in the slightest these have nothing over my old 50 dollar ones other than slightly more bass.
