HiFiMan Edition XS

(1/1)

One glitch on day 2 was I lost pairing with the left speaker, but rebooting the hub and re-pairing the speaker resolved the issue (until next time).

Sound Quality

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/2)

I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

HiFiMan Edition XS

These are comfortable to wear for me. The sound is very good. I have this and the Ananda. I like them both and mostly listen to them out of 13 pair of headphones!

Durability

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call

HiFiMan Edition XS

(1/1)

If you tilt your head down the headphones will try to fall off. Now this design is arguably better than Hifiman's Sundara or Ananda, which have a nice suspension strap, but quite a bit of clamp force as well and with no swivel. The lack of swivel on those headphones probably make the Edition XS the best design that isn't the HE1000SE, Arya or Susvara. The headband will wear on you given enough time since it touches your head fully, and is not a suspension strap

Price Point

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here

HiFiMan Edition XS

$100-200: HiFiMan HE-400se. An incredible entry-level, open-back planar-magnetic that punches WAY above its weight. Runner-up: Sennheiser HD 560s.

Fit

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/2)

Comfortable headset for larger head, falls off of smaller heads. The ear cuffs rotate so you can lay the headset flat on the table. The ear cuffs are comfortable and not hot. Decent quality audio and mic
