I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

Just got the JBL Live 400BT headphones. Upon first getting it out of the box everything was working fine. Got it connected to my phone, Google assist worked, music sounds phenomenal. Then it all went downhill when I tried to turn it off

This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

The battery lasts long and it charges very quickly "extra 2 hours in 15 minutes". Voice assistant feature and tap to active are great if you're on the go or don't want to reach to your phone for a small action. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call

Comes with wire to listen with the headphones wired if the battery dies. That’s about it, great freakin product. Now just to see that they don’t malfunction or whatever.

These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. Comfortable headset for larger head, falls off of smaller heads. The ear cuffs rotate so you can lay the headset flat on the table. The ear cuffs are comfortable and not hot. Decent quality audio and mic

These fit on the ears and not over the ears which i find more comfortable. My only recommendation/wish is that they put better quality plastic so it doesn’t look cheap. Other than that these are worth the money. if you want a workout set go instead with the Under Armour JBL version

I love the set tho, the color is rich, sound it good, build, quality and comfort. I got them for Blue Tooth only, so pair with my Mac Mini for editing. I like everything, just could use a few more hours on the charge.

Love this headset! I have a newborn at home and these are perfect for work calls since I am working from home. it is noise cancelling enough and I love that the microphone mutes automatically when you lift it up so if i need to yell something out at home, no one on the call can hear. Would highly recommend

I must say, I'm a little biased towards JBL because I've already been so happy with my Flip 4. I finally decided to invest in some noise-canceling headphones for work and wanted something with good sound and battery life that wouldn't break the bank.
