Plantronics BackBeat GO 410

(1/2)

With a reputation for producing practical, ergonomic, and aesthetically pleasing products, Plantronics can do all of that with its latest Bluetooth headphones, the BackBeat Go 410. A comfortable, portable, Bluetooth headphones for sport priced at $129.99. The headphones provide wireless audio and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) functionality along with numerous other well-thought-out add-ons

Sound Quality

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/2)

I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

Plantronics BackBeat GO 410

(1/4)

The Plantronics BackBeat Go 810 are decent wireless over-ears for most use cases. They have great audio reproduction and are suitable for a wide variety of music genres. They offer over 20 hours of continuous playback, which is great, and their control scheme is very responsive and easy to use. Unfortunately, their noise cancelling feature is disappointing and won’t perform as well as other ANC headphones in this price range

Battery Life

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

Plantronics BackBeat GO 410

But after 8 months of light use battery life was dropped to about 2, 3 hours maximum and after 10 months, the headset’s battery was completely died. I used 5V 1.5A charger with PLT original cable to recharge. Due to this problem now I use this as a wired headset thanks to the 3

Durability

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call

Plantronics BackBeat GO 410

Third issue: It took 10 months this time, but the buttons and button cover are problems again. This will be the third and final time I'm returning this headset to Plantronics. I've asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath Only positive is that the warranty period resets with the new headset. Since the buttons will likely keep tearing at least I'll get a new one every few months for the cost of return shipping

Price Point

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here

Fit

Corsair Void RGB Elite

Comfortable headset for larger head, falls off of smaller heads. The ear cuffs rotate so you can lay the headset flat on the table. The ear cuffs are comfortable and not hot. Decent quality audio and mic

Noise Cancellation

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

Love this headset! I have a newborn at home and these are perfect for work calls since I am working from home. it is noise cancelling enough and I love that the microphone mutes automatically when you lift it up so if i need to yell something out at home, no one on the call can hear. Would highly recommend
