Well constructed and durable build quality considering the rubberized earbuds snag all types of things like jackets and seat belts. The magnet in the earbuds allows you hold them through my shirt and out of the way. The quality of noise cancellation is great when it comes to the "hum" of white noise in the office & freeway traffic but offers no NC on the overly vocal coworker.
