Love this headset! I have a newborn at home and these are perfect for work calls since I am working from home. it is noise cancelling enough and I love that the microphone mutes automatically when you lift it up so if i need to yell something out at home, no one on the call can hear. Works, Painful to Pair

 These are not worth the price at all.  I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too.  Also, they took forever to get here

Let me start by saying that I use these for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare on PS4. They fit just fine, but they get really hot around the ears easily. The sound quality on these things sucks terribly bad, extremely low volume with absolutely no bass at all. You can hardly hear other gamers talk, and the mic quality sucks just as bad too

Sound quality, shipping and setup.

This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

Combined with the other problems I had with other Corsair products, I would not in good faith recommend buying this or any other of their products

Never buying another Corsair product again

 I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call

 I had a Logitech headset with a non-Bluetooth dongle that was pretty good, but the battery always died before the end of the day - I had to be sure to charge them in any downtime during the day.  These Corsair ones have been great. I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day.  This is a review of a gaming headset from Corsair that I've already unboxed and I've also done a comparison, video to compare it with the Corsair virtuoso, which is a headset that I unboxed and reviewed recently. That'S worth taking a look at as well and I'll link to those videos in the description, but this is a review to give you my thoughts on the headset and what I think it's like, and also to talk about. The various features I'll include the specifications in the description, but I'm going to talk about some of them before we get started and let you know that the audio you're hearing the voice over for this video is recorded with the microphone just so you can get an Idea of the quality of that now, I'm not gon na do any editing to the sound. So you won't be hearing any noise cancelled out

 In that way, I tested out recently a headset from a different brand that was sound, limited and would stop you going above a certain decibel level. This one works in the face of that and it's quite happy to defin you if you choose to do so, so be wary of how loud you use this headset. Now, a number of really cool features are a flip to mute microphone, which is pretty good. It'S very flexible mark as well and, as you can see, it delivers a pretty good quality of sound on the side of the ear cup here you'll see there is a mic mute button and the power button, a single pressing, the mic mute button and you'll note That the red ring comes on there

You can also press and hold the mic button to turn the mic feedback on and off one thing I've noted there is there's, sometimes a problem with it. For example, when I was just talking to you, then I press that to turn the mic mute on, so I turn the mic off and then, when I turn it back on again side tone was off, so I could couldn't hear myself

 Has a good range. It'S fantastic for music. One of the points of note immediately is: it is ridiculously loud. This headset top volume would probably definite it goes very, very loud and is impressive

If you're looking for a budget-friendly USB-C headset for phone calls, you may prefer the Sennheiser SC 160 USB-C Headset. This headset isn't as well-built as the Samsung AKG Type-C, and its sound isn't as well-suited for listening to music, but it's meant for office use and has a boom mic. The mic has a great overall performance, so your voice sounds clear and understandable even if you're calling from a moderately noisy place like a call center. There are also in-line controls that include a dedicated call management button and voice assistant support if you're using an Android device. It's decently comfortable for long days at work, but unfortunately, it doesn't isolate you from ambient sound and leaks audio at high volumes.

If you're looking for more portable headphones or prefer earbuds, go for the Samsung, but if you're looking for a USB-C headset for calls, the Sennheiser is worth considering.

 I sit on Webex meetings all day so I really need a serviceable headset. Another quirk..

Let me save you from coming back here and giving a crappy review

The mic on this headset cuts out at least once during every hour-long call, forcing me to reset it by unplugging/plugging back in. The fit is terrible; it never sits straight on my head, and I find myself having to tighten the ear pieces constantly, else it feels like it's about to fall off. Don't bother with this headset.

Excellent call quality, I can hear the other caller, they can hear me -- perfectly. Durable -- heck, unbreakable -- I have already dropped them half-a-dozen times, and stepped on them twice. Still working great. Very comfy
