Skullcandy Indy ANC

The earphones are compatible with Bluetooth 5.0, but support the SBC codec only, not AAC or AptX. They're are also Tile-enabled (you can locate them using the Tile app).

Sound Quality

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/2)

I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

Ambient mode works independently of ANC mode. The modes can’t be combined in any way, but they can both be turned off. The ambient mics do a solid job of picking up surrounding audio and delivering it at a realistic volume, with a focus on clarity—high-mids and highs get a slight boost, which aids in understanding what people are saying.

Battery Life

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

The battery life is GREAT! I can wear them several times before they need charged. The sound quality is what you would hope for. Recommend!

Durability

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call

They have worked incredibly well across all of my devices. Used them with multiple phones now and they are just as reliable and high quality as Galaxy Buds or Airpods.

Price Point

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here

In spite of this, they offered me a 40% discount to use on a new purchase. Welp, on the surface, that sounds great, but when you read the fine print (ah, that fine print that nobody ever reads), the discount only applies on SC's web site AND cannot be combined with any other offer, sale or discount. So, I visit the site and see these earbuds are "on sale" for, yep, you guessed it, $80, which is, BTW, 38% off MSRP. I visit AMZ's site to experience what they might cost me and whoa, they too are selling them for $80

Comfortable headset for larger head, falls off of smaller heads. The ear cuffs rotate so you can lay the headset flat on the table. The ear cuffs are comfortable and not hot. Decent quality audio and mic

You can answer calls, skip tracks, adjust volume all from just touching your earbuds. The best part is that it has a Built-in Tile technology which makes it easy to locate either earbud if you ever misplace them, you must download the Tile app to use this feature. These Indy™ XT Evo earbuds are resistant to water, sweat and dust. It comes with stability ear pieces and regular ear pieces which allow you to change for a perfect fit into your ears

Noise Cancellation

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

Love this headset! I have a newborn at home and these are perfect for work calls since I am working from home. it is noise cancelling enough and I love that the microphone mutes automatically when you lift it up so if i need to yell something out at home, no one on the call can hear. Would highly recommend

Skullcandy Indy ANC

Available in black, the Indy ANC earpieces are stems that dock into a rather bulky charging case. The earpieces have a secure fit, thanks largely to the combination of included eartips (there are three pairs in S, M, and L) and sleeves (two pairs are included) that add stability. Internally, each earpiece houses a 12mm driver delivering a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz.
