Sound Quality

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/2)

I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

Sony WH-XB900N

If you love booming bass, or if you don't mind fiddling with EQ to adjust it to more normal levels, however, the WH-XB900N headphones offer a lot to like for the price.

Price Point

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. Sony WH-XB900N

Don't expect it to be an audiophiles' headphones. These are your average consumer's bass-pro headbands which does an awesome job of keeping the bass on its toes without compromising on the clarity given the pricetag and a decent ANC. Special hats off to the engineers behind this who rarely gets the praise. Well done

Battery Life

Corsair Void RGB Elite

(1/1)

This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

Sony WH-XB900N

(1/1)

The adaptive sound is cool to as you can focus sound in the headphones in any direction based on your environment and noise level. Battery life is the one thing I have not tested but I have no doubt that they can get the battery life that Sony claims which is 30 hours. I also like the fact that it has USB C fast charging, NFC and super fast and connectivity. I have not seen any lag issues either as the Bluetooth 4
