Bluetooth Connectivity

) Hold down the power button on the headset until you hear verbal confirmation that the headset is linked. If this review helped in any way, please mark it as helpful.
SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC
. really? If that is the case why don't my bluetooth earbuds do it? It is so bad that I have to turn my bluetooth off to send a text. Then you have to turn bluetooth back on and power off the headset and back on to get it to reconnect. It is a real pain and I feel like the company is just unwilling to correct it
Sound Quality
Corsair Void RGB Elite
I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here. I ordered them on the 9th and they got here on the 14th. Not as quick as advertised when buying

tldr at the top where it belongs. Expanded thoughts below. The good: Dual batteries - One in the headset and one charging in the "brain". Sound Quality - 10/10 Comfort - The most comfortable headset I have ever used
Battery Life
Corsair Void RGB Elite
This is the third Corsair product I've encountered issues with, either within a very short amount of time using or out of the box. The wireless function of the headset is nice and convenient, the headset is comfortable, and the audio quality is good AFTER installing iCUE and setting your preferences. The battery life is abysmal. My product had issues out of the box, where it will not charge beyond 78% regardless of how long it is charging, and the battery drains at what seems like a very quick pace (two hours and half that 78% charge is gone)

Hands down one of the best features of this headset is having 2 batteries. I would say each battery nets you between 7-10 hours of battery life depending on the usage. Swapping batteries is incredibly easy and takes about 10 seconds due to the magnetic coverings on the cans. Another great feature of this headset
Durability
Corsair Void RGB Elite
I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid - never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call
SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC
This thing is by all means not flimsy, and the battery life has held up incredibly well. I’ve been gaming really long sessions, roughly 5-6 hours long each with friends online, and this thing just keeps going with no issues whatsoever. One of the few purchases I’ve made that I can say was absolutely worth it. FINAL UPDATE April 2021: Managed to get myself a PS5 and happy to say the headset works flawlessly with it
Price Point
Corsair Void RGB Elite
These are not worth the price at all. I typically buy headphones that I can switch between gaming and recording audio on, and I can already tell that trying to record music with these is going to be useless. I am returning these and going for the Sennheiser set and hopefully the sound quality, setup and design will be better with those, even though the reviews are kind of terrible too. Also, they took forever to get here

I don't need nor want any isolation), but can't afford the Schiit stack yet (in Australia the Magni/Heresey and Modi are $260 each). Is it worth getting the Schiit Magni/Heresy and getting the DAC later, or is it more worth to get the FiiO K3 ($200 here in Australia) and then splurge on the stack later on down the line?
Fit
Corsair Void RGB Elite
Comfortable headset for larger head, falls off of smaller heads. The ear cuffs rotate so you can lay the headset flat on the table. The ear cuffs are comfortable and not hot. Decent quality audio and mic

Noise Cancellation
Corsair Void RGB Elite
Love this headset! I have a newborn at home and these are perfect for work calls since I am working from home. it is noise cancelling enough and I love that the microphone mutes automatically when you lift it up so if i need to yell something out at home, no one on the call can hear. Would highly recommend
SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC
-Great noise-cancelling ability. -Simple yet concise packing Cons: -The cords provided can be much too short if you are planning on playing in a bigger room. Wasn't an issue for me personally but I can see where it would be. -Somewhat lacking in the information provided in the manual
