I have an older, round deep crock pot with a glass lid, but this is a 9 x 13 shallow baking style. The lid is glass with plastic/metal locking mechanisms to hold the lid in place (perfect when transporting). DON'T LIFT BY LID HANDLE, would not be strong enough to support for carrying - side handles for that.

Now it will not work because evidently if you do not lock it it will not function. Garbage. Seller has not returned any of my messages I have sent. In addition I just got an email back from the maker saying they will not Warranty this item because of where I bought it

I own a 6 quart and a four quart Crockpot and another brand 6 quart pot. Crockpot brand is by far a more superior product. Cooks at a perfect temperature without burning or sticking to the sides. [This review was collected as part of a promotion

This is truly the worst product I have ever bought. I used it one time and it took forever to cook my meal because it kept turning off. Today I got it out again to give it another try and it wouldn't allow me to even set the temp at all. I push the "low, high, warm" button and nothing happens! I'm so frustrated because I should've sent it back immediately- I just didn't use use it for almost 3 months after purchasing it

The two locking mechanism is attached to the lid and the locking bars lock very securely into the casing and when unlock they tuck nicely away on the lid. Both the pot and lid have been without issues through two slow cooking meals at both low and high temps, refrigeration for many hours, and clean up completely through 3 dishwasher cycles. The outer casing has remained comfortable to touch after cooking on high for hours and has cleaned up nicely with a wet paper towel. The settings are off/low/high/warm and I have use all settings and believe they are accurate

I tried buying a warranty but wrote them to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend. It works but is cheaply put together and likely won’t last a year. Mine didn’t
