These headphones sound great and are very affordable, but just know what you are getting. If you're looking for some great sounding headphones to listen to around your house using a headphone amp, these would be a great buy. But if you're looking for something to take to the gym, or use at work you'll probably want to look elsewhere. Pros - Excellent sound quality

The gist of this review is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND the product for the price, well, don't buy! And here's why: to start with, the fit was not great, however, I managed to find an acceptable fit, so I can use this expensive gadget for workouts, and it worked fine for a couple of months. The sound was great, charging was great, battery life was great, heart rate monitor was pretty accurate as well, and although the fit bugged me from time to time and made me second guess the amount I spent for the earbuds, I was happy for the most part. Problems aside, I liked them mostly because I loved how the two earbuds worked wirelessly with good sound quality! After maybe four months, problems started to appear. I usually workout in the mornings, and in the nights before the workouts, I would charge the earbuds so that they have full power in the mornings

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

When they were in a barely noticed. Some other reviews have complained about wingtips causing discomfort, but I don't get this. The sound quality is really not great. I'd be OK with it if this was a pair of $25 earbuds, but at $200 I expect better
Comfort

All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

This led to me just turning the feature off. The fit is actually super comfy. I've also tried the apple airpods, which are comfy but sometimes fall out, and the soundcore anker liberty lite, which are super uncomfortable for me. This was probably my favorite characteristic

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

I love these, have used about 5 times a week for a year, and really gotten used to the app and workouts, having about 24 custom workouts I rotate through. I have built my training around these headphones. I can't say enough about how nice it is to count reps, use earbuds to scroll through sets, etc. These sound great, call quality is great, they control the workout app, measure heart rate, count reps

Customer service is not amazing. Warranty is nothing special. Oh, and the stock cable is a cable. It's not great

Contacted support, but they just asked simple questions once and I answered immediately, then nothing. EDIT: I called support instead of email and they are replacing the earbuds as part of the 3 year warranty; super pleased with the phone representative and solution..

.. But after a year I have to drop to 3 stars because battery is dead. BUT now the earbuds won't hold a charge, just one day BOOM, WON'T charge
