These headphones sound great and are very affordable, but just know what you are getting. If you're looking for some great sounding headphones to listen to around your house using a headphone amp, these would be a great buy. But if you're looking for something to take to the gym, or use at work you'll probably want to look elsewhere. Pros - Excellent sound quality

JBL UA True Wireless Flash X

It's absolutely awful. These are low volume, medium quality for a high price. Don't buy them.

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

The Flash's charging case (top) vs. the charging cases of the Anker SoundCore Liberty Air (left) and Apple AirPods (right). Sarah Tew/CNETYou might get slightly better call performance from Jabra's Elite 65t, which lists for the same price as this headphone, but overall The Flash worked well for making calls.Sound-wise, the Flash is arguably slightly better-sounding, with superior bass performance in particular

Comfort

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/2)

All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

JBL UA True Wireless Flash X

However, the Jabra, which doesn't have sports fins (but still manages to stay in most people's ears securely) is the more comfortable earphone. It's just a little smaller and you feel it in your ears a little less. Of course, with these types of in-ear headphones, their fit varies from person to person and some earphones just won't be a good match for your ears.

Fit

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/1)

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

JBL UA True Wireless Flash X

I was really looking forward into falling in love with them but unfortunately there were too many compromises. I got these earbuds and there are many great things and not so great I have to say about them . Pros: Amazing fit IPX7 water resistant Great battery life Good built quality Cons: No ANC No EQ settings app No auto play or pause when removed from ear. No transparecy mode No firmware updates Bass is good but not as good as the Jabra elite 75t Price is high compared to the lack of features

Durability

JBL UA True Wireless Flash X

Frequent runner and I’ve gone through quite a few cheaper pairs of headphones over the years. Decided I wanted to try these because of three major keys. They’re water (sweat) proof, they have the tabs that lock in to your ears so they don’t fall out, and they have the ability to listen in to ambient sound around you or be noise canceling. Worth the extra money to hopefully have a long lasting product for many more runs to come
