These headphones sound great and are very affordable, but just know what you are getting. If you're looking for some great sounding headphones to listen to around your house using a headphone amp, these would be a great buy. But if you're looking for something to take to the gym, or use at work you'll probably want to look elsewhere. Pros - Excellent sound quality

This is really disappointing. My husband has the same brand, which is what made my decision for this purchase, because his are 30-40 bucks, and they are GREAT quality for the price. The sound quality isn't the BEST in his headphones, but still WAY better than mine, and his is about a yr old! 3 months in, and mine are becoming more and more USELESS! I'm pi$$ed actually, mine were twice the price of his, and they suck!

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

But these blew away everything else I tested. (Stay away from the Steelseries; can confirm the build quality incorporates known design flaws.) Again, you have to go up to a $200 price point to beat these in a wired headphone. Highly recommended
Comfort
Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX
All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

The second set of ear pads are by far my favorite feeling pads I have had/tried while wearing any kind of headset/headphones. They are super soft and pretty squishy so hours upon hours of gaming will be easily achieved with maximum comfort. They are slightly tight on the head for a while, but once you break them in, they are so comfortable. Lastly, the sound is overall beautiful even right out of the box

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

(with more settings in the software) + Works with PC, PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One S and the Nintendo Switch (all with ease) Cons: - A little tight on the head right out of the box. After a few days of use it gets better. - The mic cannot slide up and down for non use (which isnt a huge cone because you can simply detach the mic) - Default ear pads are not the most comfortable (in my opinion) - Had a problem where I would hear myself in the headset through the mic when I would launch programs that picked up the use of the mic. I googled it and others have had the same problem
