Sound Quality

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/3)

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset

(1/5)

This one definitely gets the highs right and sounds much cleaner with a tight low end. It boasts 7.1 surround and am a skeptic on headsets which claim to be surround as you only have two drivers. But after listening to the sample file included in the setup, it's pretty incredible

Comfort

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/2)

All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset

(1/1)

The earpads and the padding under the headband are fabric-covered foam. The padding isn't very thick compared with the Turtle Beach Elite Pro Tournament Headset, but there's just enough material to let the headset comfortably rest around your head, and the fabric ensures your ears and scalp can breathe. The earpads are nice and large, completely surrounding your ears without touching them. It's a light fit you can wear for hours without issue

Fit

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/1)

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset

(1/1)

The Logitech G533 is a comfortable PC gaming headset that pales in comparison with its pricier sibling, the G933 Artemis. It lacks the G933's high-frequency finesse and flexible, wired connection options, two of its most appealing aspects. What's left is a bass-heavy headset designed only for PCs. It's perfectly fine for what it is, but you're better off spending $50 more on the G933

Logitech G533 Wireless Gaming Headset

(1/1)

To get the most honest review, I had my daughter's video gamer boyfriend test these out. He said the sound quality is excellent. Seem durable but only time will tell. He has already recommended them to his video gamer friends and they are a definite upgrade from his previous headphones
