These headphones sound great and are very affordable, but just know what you are getting. If you're looking for some great sounding headphones to listen to around your house using a headphone amp, these would be a great buy. But if you're looking for something to take to the gym, or use at work you'll probably want to look elsewhere. Pros - Excellent sound quality

Sony WI-C310

I've always been a fan when it comes to Sony headphones, but I was a little wary about going down to the budget end of their range. I have so say although I do have expensive pairs of hi-res headphones these are a great budget part for out and about - the price is almost a 1/3rd of the Beats Flex (that are being touted as entry level bluetooth headphone for most iPhone users) , but when you follow the other review on here to pair them with some Comply T200 fits, they're as good as a lot of headphones at the luxury end of the scale. They're small enough and light enough that you wan wear them for a long time without really noticing - and with a 15hr battery life that can only be a good thing.

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

I use these to listen to ASMR videos as I'm going to sleep, so the fact that they fit comfortably in my ears and the battery lasts all night (as opposed to all of the other earbuds I've tried that, while comfortable, wake me up after 5 hours because it's screeching about a low battery) is awesome. The sound quality is great as well and the fact that the cord is longer than my other bluetooth earbuds is great as well. I love them so much that I bought a second pair to keep at work!

Comfort

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

The fit is pretty good with these, though I did have to switch to the smaller set of the silicone ear fittings to be comfortable. I'm usually good with the middle sized set that gets preinstalled with ear buds. If I'm not being active, I just wear these with the tether behind my neck. If I'm doing yardwork or the like, crisscrossing the tether under my chin helps keep things in place and out of the way of snagging

Fit

Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX

(1/1)

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

Customer service is not amazing. Warranty is nothing special. Oh, and the stock cable is a cable. It's not great

Now, six months later it appears the battery overheated while charging and they died again. After a lengthy online chat to file yet another warranty claim and two phone calls they are going to send a shipping label so they can be returned and evaluated before they resolve the warranty. So, if you value your time and hard earned money as much as I do.

Sony WI-C310

I ordered these in late August and in mid-October, the microphone has failed. I have connected the headphone to multiple devices with the same result, I can hear the other person but they can not hear me. I tried all of the solutions listed in other comments from Sony with no results. I tried to contact their support for a replacement but the ability to send emails to Sony is "Unavailable due to technical difficulties
