These headphones sound great and are very affordable, but just know what you are getting. If you're looking for some great sounding headphones to listen to around your house using a headphone amp, these would be a great buy. But if you're looking for something to take to the gym, or use at work you'll probably want to look elsewhere. Pros - Excellent sound quality

I've never experienced that before and will without question send these back. Do not pay $50 for these. They may be worth $15 at best.

My wife disagrees, but I think movies sound punchier and more intimate on grado cans. And they have the side benefit of letting two people listen to something and just talk like nothing since they leak like mad. But again, all round? These babies, hands down.

These expensive headphones are terrible. People who I talk to on the phone when I wear them consistently report that the background noise is unbearable. The absence of a recessed area for the buds is problematic and if I only want to wear one bud while on the phone (mimicks dynamic of talking with ear to a phone), I can't hear well and the moving bud makes noise. So disappointed in these

Comfort

All-day comfortable with ease (they can get a tiny bit warm with the alcantara pads in a hot room, but not even close to unacceptable) and utterly zero squeaks or creaks (looking at you, Audio Technica AD700's) The one, ONLY gripe I have with them is the nice cable they have is too short for anything other than a desktop amp or device RIGHT in front of you. BUT, it's replaceable, and lots of companies make cables for them. Side benefit is you can get a balanced cable for them, and if you get a BTR5 as well, that amp has a balanced output option. So they can sound EVEN BETTER

Sony WI-C400 Wireless

Pros: Super comfortable: I often forget they are around my neck. Great phone clarity for both ends. They sound good - not great - just good Cons: I wish I could turn off the vibrate when called feature. The cord gets awkwardly caught on some collared shirts - Easy remedy is to wear the headphones under the collared shirt

It's not long enough for comfortable PC/ living room AV receiver use for me, so I ordered a replacement cable when I bought the headphone. The replacement cable is that red one that everybody else is buying. I clipped the "braided" part off, and now they're really cool looking red cables. They click really nicely into the headphones - better click than the stock cable

These headphones are exactly what I needed. I'm a ups driver and I'm on the road almost all day. These headphones last idk how long but I get home and they still work. I work 12hrs a day on average and they work after that

Customer service is not amazing. Warranty is nothing special. Oh, and the stock cable is a cable. It's not great

My recommendation is to stick with the cheap drug store kind, there is no sound improvement with these, but if you must buy them, get the warranty because they will definitely fail early. Anyone at Sony or Amazon may contact me if you like.

Durability

Sony WI-C400 Wireless

I should have let it run down so I could say how long it lasts, but tbh it’s never died on me yet and sometimes I’ve had them connected all day. I put them on to charge about 20-30 minutes a day out of habit and they probably don’t even have to be charged that much. I thought the little thin wires that go from the neck piece to the earbuds would be too fragile, but so far they’ve done fine. In the past, some earbuds had ear pieces that were too wide and hurt my ears, but these do not
