 From the shipping process to receiving. Received headphones 2 days in advanced. I was currently in the market for a pair of new headphones when these came on my radar and have been throughly impressed. I do work in construction and the headphones are really durable and so is the charging case

I was able to leave my cellphone in a neutral location and work pretty far away from cellphone without losing any sound or quality. The quality of headphones are impeccable, paired with the battery life I excited I made a purchase

Sound quality really lives up to slogan. Battery life and range amazing!

 Volume however is no problem, they can crank the dB's. Passive noise cancelation is decent when the ear pieces are fit snug although talking with one or both in my ears (when audio off) produces a reverberating echo in that ear(s). Touch control is about 80% successful for me, usually not registering one of my taps. Auto-pause/play on removal/insertion is about 50/50 although I'm working on making sure I'm "doing it right" as you have to snug it in and give it a twist although sometimes it works by just taking it out and putting it in

 When you open the case, you can confirm that there’s power and it pairs automatically to the iPhone. It came in packaging that’ll make you think you were opening an Apple product. The sound quality, looks and battery life are good. Great alternative to spending much more money on a pair of Airpods!

 But I can tell you it works really well.  Also superior in battery life. They last longer than AirPods do.  Finally superior in clarity of hearing what people are saying

  These are a superior product in several ways, and inferior in one important way that you need to keep in mind before you buy this.  Where these are superior is that went outside they do a much better job of canceling out background noise like wind blowing across that seems to be accomplished with the two mics on each earbud and some software to filter out noises. But I can tell you it works really well.  Also superior in battery life

  Overall, given 1/3 the price, and the other advantages I mentioned. I am a convert. There’s no other similarly priced product that is anywhere near as good as far as I can tell.

How do you stack up against AirPods? Here are my thoughts

I know prices vary by region. I have gotten good sound from the Earfun earbuds. I have the Earfun Air, and the Earfun Air Pro 2 have very good sound as do Earfun Free Pro 2.

Really need a suggestion, which one should i buy? Oneplus Buds  Z2 or Nothing Ear (1), i am on a 5-6k budget and if there are options that you think are better or some upcoming releases that u believe might be a better buy pls LMK thx\~

So today we're taking a look at the brand new ear fun air pro sv. So these have a lot of the specs and features that we've come to expect from ear fun, but they also have app support. So, with that you're able to stay up to date on your firmware you're able to customize some of your controls as well as adjust the eq so in typical ear, fun fashion, they are doing an early bird price on these. So if you order these at the time of this video being posted, you can get them for only 58 bucks, i'm not exactly sure how long the deal is going to last

 Time drops down to around four and a half hours. These do support independent use, so they have you covered if you prefer to listen to one earbud at a time. These also have a gaming mode which is designed to reduce the latency to as low as 80 milliseconds for a better gaming experience and then, as far as water resistance. These have an ipx5 rating, which means they'll stand up to sweat and water with no issue

 So i would have to open up the app in order to activate that. But if that's more important to you, you could swap out one of the other controls so within the app you're able to adjust the ambient sound. So you can switch between active noise, cancellation, transparency, mode and normal mode, and then you also have access to some eq options. So you have four different presets, but you can also fully customize the eq yourself

 It has a nice sturdy lid. You guys know, i don't like flimsy lids, so this case definitely passes the test. You do have some strong magnets keeping the earbuds in place, but the only thing that concerns me somewhat is the idea of pocket lint getting inside of the case whenever you take the earbuds out, so we'll have to see how that plays out over time. Moving over to the earbuds, they maintain that very modern look and design

 Not a fan of these IEMs, but exactly what I'd expect for $100 (not hating on the price range, it's just that most reviews make these sound like they are $300 IEMs that somehow snuck into the $100 price range).  Great noise cancellation, you do get close to shoving these things into your brain after all (and fairly comfortable considering). So great that I wouldn't want to wear these things while road biking.  Cheap cable

I feel like these headphones are advertised to be the 'true to production' IEM with zero coloring or tuning - but it almost feels like it takes it way too far. There isn't much life in these, cold mids with bright highs, and ZERO bass. I have to EQ sub 150 to even hear the basslines in pretty much every song I tested these on. Pretty decent separation between the mids and highs, but very little imaging or soundstage

Zero bass in these - EQ required.

I've reviewed dozens of headphones and earphones ranging from $2 to well into the multiples of $1000s, and as far as IEMs go the ER2XR is probably my 2nd favourite of all time. The ProPhile 8 still takes the cake for me, but it does also cost over $1000. The Dunu DK-3001 is another exceptionally good-sounding set, but also costs considerably more than this Etymotic. For me, the ER2XR fits in right between those 2 IEMs

 So, as I said, the ER2XR fits in right between those 2 for me. It's got the coherency that I like about the Dunu, but a more natural signature which makes it shift more in the direction of the PP8, but with what feels like some added warmth. Nothing feels overdone. The details are there, the bass remains in check and can give you a healthy kick when called upon

  The Dunu is wonderfully coherent, but can get just ever so slightly hot in the upper treble regions, which can make things sometimes sound a little forced and artificial. The PP8, on the other hand, is more natural and also more neutral. So, as I said, the ER2XR fits in right between those 2 for me. It's got the coherency that I like about the Dunu, but a more natural signature which makes it shift more in the direction of the PP8, but with what feels like some added warmth

Outstanding Value

As others have said, the er2xr is EASY to listen to, for long stretch without feeling tired. Some Q-Jays I auditioned hurt my ears. Am comparing these to my old er4PT, and I assume the new er4 has the same signature, and if they make the er4 in some other color other than boring black, I'd gone for the er4 instead. Er2xr=16ohms easy to drive and I hope the Audiophiliac is right when he says the er2 easier to use for compressed audio, the kind I listen to

If you like the fit, Etymotic Research ER2XR is a great option. Also Shure SE215 and Mee Audio Pinnacle P1 are also great IEMs.

Best sounding IEMs for under £150?

Try some Etymotic ER2XR. Deep insertion IEMs mean maximum passive noise isolation and no frame to heat up your ears. Seriously, you could use them as earplugs or stage monitors they're so good at blocking noise.

 These are the best wireless option so far for both sound quality and portability. Compare to headphones, these can be stashed into your pockets. [This is what I mean]([URL REMOVED] that'll be 79USD for the Aria and another 70USD for the BTR3K (149USD total depending on where u live).

. pair them with a Bluetooth DAC like a Fiio BTR3K, Shanling UP4, or even the Quedelix 5K if you have the budget. These are the best wireless option so far for both sound quality and portability. Compare to headphones, these can be stashed into your pockets

.. Personally, @ under 150$ mark newer chi-fi iems are more well tuned and have better technical performance than most cheap full-sized headphones (like K371 and HE-X4 for example).

As past gear, i've always used cheap ones, like the EarPods that come with the phone or Sony cheap options (wh-ch500, xb something and so on) but i'm starting to notice that.. they just sound awful, and i'm not "geek" enough in terms of headphones, so i decided to ask here for advices, i'm. really sorry if i forgot something,

Pair of headphones to use on Apple devices? (&lt;150 € ITALY, Amazon if possible)

(Harman neutral tuning, cables replaceable but with a little more emphasis on the low end. Stable, popular option.)

Final Audio E1000 (cables not replaceable but $30 USD, comfortable and great sound for the price. Most audiophiles love this brand as their products punches well above the price.).

The Shure Se215 are not neutral, they are V shaped and very coloured. They are useful in several areas but don't have the best sound quality.

(best option easily for sound quality of all budget IEMs BUT it is not comfortable and needs a few days to get used to it as it goes deep into the ear)

Audiophile noob here, I've already ordered the audio technica ath e40s and am planning on canceling the purchase for reasons i would mention further. The budget is somewhere around $100 or 7 to 10k rupees (I'm "based" in india in case that's relevant). I don't really care for sound isolation since I mostly listen to music in my bedroom and am looking for in ear monitors, it's really preferable if they're clear and flat, I like bass but I'm not really a bass head of course it's nice but I would rather have all around clear ear phones that sound natural. Now on to why I'm thinking of cancelling the order for e40s, I tend to break earphone cables often and I generally buy things with the mindset of being able to use things for long periods of time, e40 apparently has proprietary cables and I'm worried i won't be able to replace them once they break because it seems like sort of an outdated model too. 

Budget : around 100 dollars more or less, or 7k to 10k around rupees

Type of headphones : earphones, in ear monitors

Preffered tonal balance : clear, flat and "natural"

Needs or strong preferences : really preferable if the cables are easily replaceable since I tend to break earphone cables often.
