 From the shipping process to receiving. Received headphones 2 days in advanced. I was currently in the market for a pair of new headphones when these came on my radar and have been throughly impressed. I do work in construction and the headphones are really durable and so is the charging case

The quality of headphones are impeccable, paired with the battery life I excited I made a purchase

Sound quality really lives up to slogan. Battery life and range amazing!

 Volume however is no problem, they can crank the dB's. Passive noise cancelation is decent when the ear pieces are fit snug although talking with one or both in my ears (when audio off) produces a reverberating echo in that ear(s). Touch control is about 80% successful for me, usually not registering one of my taps. Auto-pause/play on removal/insertion is about 50/50 although I'm working on making sure I'm "doing it right" as you have to snug it in and give it a twist although sometimes it works by just taking it out and putting it in

 When you open the case, you can confirm that there’s power and it pairs automatically to the iPhone. It came in packaging that’ll make you think you were opening an Apple product. The sound quality, looks and battery life are good. Great alternative to spending much more money on a pair of Airpods!

 But I can tell you it works really well.  Also superior in battery life. They last longer than AirPods do.  Finally superior in clarity of hearing what people are saying

  These are a superior product in several ways, and inferior in one important way that you need to keep in mind before you buy this.  Where these are superior is that went outside they do a much better job of canceling out background noise like wind blowing across that seems to be accomplished with the two mics on each earbud and some software to filter out noises. But I can tell you it works really well.  Also superior in battery life

  Overall, given 1/3 the price, and the other advantages I mentioned. I am a convert. There’s no other similarly priced product that is anywhere near as good as far as I can tell.

How do you stack up against AirPods? Here are my thoughts

I know prices vary by region. I have gotten good sound from the Earfun earbuds. I have the Earfun Air, and the Earfun Air Pro 2 have very good sound as do Earfun Free Pro 2.

So today we're taking a look at the brand new ear fun air pro sv. So these have a lot of the specs and features that we've come to expect from ear fun, but they also have app support. So, with that you're able to stay up to date on your firmware you're able to customize some of your controls as well as adjust the eq so in typical ear, fun fashion, they are doing an early bird price on these. So if you order these at the time of this video being posted, you can get them for only 58 bucks, i'm not exactly sure how long the deal is going to last

 Time drops down to around four and a half hours. These do support independent use, so they have you covered if you prefer to listen to one earbud at a time. These also have a gaming mode which is designed to reduce the latency to as low as 80 milliseconds for a better gaming experience and then, as far as water resistance. These have an ipx5 rating, which means they'll stand up to sweat and water with no issue

 So i would have to open up the app in order to activate that. But if that's more important to you, you could swap out one of the other controls so within the app you're able to adjust the ambient sound. So you can switch between active noise, cancellation, transparency, mode and normal mode, and then you also have access to some eq options. So you have four different presets, but you can also fully customize the eq yourself

 It has a nice sturdy lid. You guys know, i don't like flimsy lids, so this case definitely passes the test. You do have some strong magnets keeping the earbuds in place, but the only thing that concerns me somewhat is the idea of pocket lint getting inside of the case whenever you take the earbuds out, so we'll have to see how that plays out over time. Moving over to the earbuds, they maintain that very modern look and design

 I've never encountered such awful functionality at any price. My Bose QuietComfort headphones connect flawlessly and sound great—they're just not very good for client calls in noisy environments. But they stay connected reliably. Bluetooth connectivity isnt' that hard, after all—it's a *standard*

 I have to pull the dongle from the back of my machine, give it a few seconds, and then re-insert it, which is AWESOME to do in the middle of a video call with clients. The kicker? When the "guaranteed functionality" of the dongle stops functioning, the Bluetooth connection to my phone dies too. The fix? Pull the dongle from the computer, wait, re-insert. What does the dongle have to do with the phone connection? No idea, but when the dongle bugs out, it brings the whole thing down, across devices, even though the headset supports connection to up to eight devices

I do have the Audio Technica ATH MSR7 but when I go to the gym I rock the Jabra Evolve 75 they gave us at work. Bluetooth, ANC and smaller footprint are delightful at the gym. Plus no cables!

I got a pair, slapped some Yaxi pads on them, Kramer and MMCX modded them and threw them on a Porta Pro headband due to the fact that after I MMCX modded them they wouldn't clip onto the Parts Express headband and gave them to my girlfriend as a birthday present, and she loves the hell out of them.

Right I know no one asked, but the Koss Ksc75s are so perfect, especially for online uni. I don't want to join a video call with course mates with a big pair of headphones on, because none of them are gonna go "oh are those monoprice modern retros", they're all just going to think I look weird. Whereas the Ksc75s are more discrete, however still sound utterly amazing, and I can hear myself speak rather than with something very sealing. Everyone honestly needs 4 pairs of them.

I have a pair of HD6XXs and Sony MDR-1A always at the ready but Koss Porta Pros always gets the most amount of use since I use them when gaming with friends and have trouble talking if I can't hear my own voice well enough. 6xx's does actually block some some sound (and I really miss the bass when using them).

Oh, and if I'm on my switch it's the Koss again.
They should just make a high end Porta pro at this point, small improvements here and there would spell the end for all my other headphones except for my XM3s.

My gaming headphones are ZMF VC's and Monolith M1060C, I don't believe in spending stupid amounts of money to hang it on the wall.

In my defence, the Sony WF-1000XM3 are easier to use while sleeping and when there is noise around. It makes it easier to just throw on without the wire and I always have them with me.

I still use my HD 598 daily so my situation isn't as bad as the others.

Oh, while on pc I use my HD6xx alnost all the time, not just for the sound but for the comfort too. But laptop and mobile is different story. FiiO Btr 5, KZ ZS6 (not much, but they're fun), but the real horror is that most of the time I'm using like 5 years old samsung earbuds that came with the phone and one of the earbuds doesn't even work.

I find the KSC75 to have excellent transparency in the midrange, but they have some peak in the mid or upper treble that's fatiguing, and the bass is boomy.  

For me it's the Bose AE2, I often use them due to their comfort.

I can say that I never do this.  I'm the kind of person that once I experience a better version of something (headphones, pizza, sneakers, whatever....)  that becomes the new standard for me.  So I can't just listen on cheap headphones now,   If I don't want to warm up the tube amp,  then I just don't listen at all.

I've had a Jabra Evolve 75 for a few years and, when full, it states 14 hours battery life so yours is normal.

Jabra Evolve 75 battery life lower?

My problem with the Jabra Evolve 75 on Linux is \*I\* sound like sh&t. And their website is godawful.

I'm posting this for institutional knowledge because this kind of stuff should really be on the Jabra official website / instructions.

I've been happy with the sound quality of my 75t earbuds on my Android phone but the quality was downright crap when using it on Ubuntu Linux as an A2DP sink.

For a while I didn't fully understand how complex of a shitshow Bluetooth actually is.

The problem is that it is using the SBC codec by default which is crap. In any case, if you want *excellent* audio on Linux, you need to install this obscure, little-known package that gives you AAC support on Linux which is the only high-quality codec supported by the 75ts (and possibly other models as well).

<p>sudo apt install pulseaudio-modules-bt libldac</p>

<p><strong>TLDR if you use Ubuntu 18.04, 18.10, or 19.04:</strong></p>

<p>sudo add-apt-repository ppa:eh5/pulseaudio-a2dp</p>

<p>sudo apt-get update</p>

<p>sudo apt-get install pulseaudio libavcodec58 libldac pulseaudio-modules-bt</p>

<p>Reboot and enjoy much better sound. You may also need to make sure it is actually using AAC:</p>

To make the most out of the ANC feature, we encourage you to make sure you have the correct fit with your headset. To get the best fit, you want to ensure that the center of the device ear cups line up with your external auditory canal. 

I just bought Evolve 75 headphones over ebay and am trying them out. The ANC light and headphones voice say that the ANC is turning on, but I don't hear any difference - no noise cancelling at all as far as I can tell. 

Is there a trick to this? Is there a way to reset the headphones or do some diagnostic to see what is/isn't working? I would like to do some troubleshooting before I send these back to the seller.
