Lastly, I wasn't able to get the Wifi connected, and I'm a communication contractor with IT background, so the claims about bad wifi chips seem accurate. I buy a ton of product from Amazon, usually having deliveries 3-4 times a week consistently at times, but now I'm looking for another place to buy a lot of my stuff. I know Amazon won't care much about loosing 20k a year, but I want my money to go somewhere that backs their mistakes, and that's not Amazon any longer.

The hp pavilion isn't a good buy, very outdated and underpowered. The Lenovo is much better, more modern and more powerful, and importantly has a decent sized SSD rather than hard drive, this will make the computer much faster just on its own, and you can always add a hard drive for more storage for very cheap(not sure about US prices bit could get a good sized one for £60 in the UK).
