 You need three rows for that to work out, but inside dimensions are the same about a half inch different on the height and width, and then the depth is significantly shallower and again this is a 20 liter bag. This is a 21 liter size. So that's pretty again, if you're a shorter frame again, i'm five, nine, and so the gr1 size really fits me perfectly.  I use as my quick access pocket. What I do is the zippers on the front. I try and keep them anywhere towards the top. So, on the go, if I need to open it grab what I need and close it back up, the laura mesh pocket has my electronics pouch

 Is the laptop sleeve like I said this isn't EDC and it was designed as an EDC, so it does have a laptop pocket like all garlic bags to access it. You have to flip the straps back, I'm lucky enough, where I don't need to use this as a laptop of pocket. I actually have a back frame that evenly distributes the weight of the bag. The bag empty is already close to three pounds

 This bag is between 21 and 24 liters. I personally tend to think it falls along the 24 litre and it definitely holds more than some of my 19 or 20 liter backpacks. This bag is made from a thousand D Cordura and, like all the go rock backpacks, it has the slanted front flat pocket and the line of moly at the bottom. I did get a chance to use this bag for a little while before New York and New Jersey completely shut down, as I still had to go to work

 This is not a brown paper bag. It'S actually a packing cube um. This is a packing cube. I generally take with me when I stay at my boyfriend's house, so it has a weekend, maybe a third or fourth day's worth of clothes inside that packing cube

 Since i don't use my wallets very much and uh, let's see so my keys in this front guy my mask because i tend to use those things and this top one i'll put my corona stuff this and this this zippers are all ykk. These are taiwanese made. Ykk zippers, i can tell you already, which is okay um, they tend to be smooth. Go rocks take a little bit to get broken in, as you can see, um like this will take a little while to get smooth, whereas something like this bullet, which is already broken in, is just very smooth, but that's okay anyway, so that's it packed out

So, I got this pack when I saw it was on sale. Not the best reason,  I know. I was in search of a pack with a bit of room and could manage a 3L water bladder for longer mountain treks over the summer and this fit the bill. 

About the straps- yes. When you first put it on they hit the body pretty horribly however,  load it and adjust, adjust, adjust. It took a good 45 minutes of tweaking to get the pack where I wanted it and it stopped rubbing on my shoulders and neck. After that initial "what did I just do?" Panic

Takes some adjustment

I've only used this twice and I'm still getting the hang of it and all the straps it has. I love the grip around my waist which makes it lighter on my shoulders.

Less weight on my shoulders

- I got the S/M and have a 15in torso, but the pack was still too large for me. The back of the pack came above my shoulder and hit the back of my head.

Good and Bad

 The back panel of the pack is made from a foam material which is not going to absorb water. So that's going to keep you from chafing or rubbing again keeping you comfortable all day long. This pack is available in two different sizes. Today I have on a small/medium

 So you just clip that in and then tighten it down and that's going to help keep everything in there secure and keep it from moving around with you on the trail. You also have a small Ziploc'lt here on the lid. Just got some more nutrition stashed in there again pretty easy to access. If you want to get to it and as you can see, there's also some gear loops on either side here

As you can see, I've got my cellphone ah stashed in there nice and safe close at hand for sure, and then you have a stretch, mesh pocket on this, where I've got some gels stored and there's a little overlapping top here and then stored inside. There is an emergency whistle so in case you have any need for that. You'Ve got that safely, stowed there

 So i really like the organization in here for the tech, then just got like my wallet and some other bits in here that are, you know, just kind of smash down in there so close that up and take a look at the main compartment. So once again you can see you know that compression strap i'm trying to zip it all the way down, and it's just you know, sort of blocking it. So you can just undo those so that you can zip it down a little bit further or you can just keep them like relatively loose um, which that doesn't really look too clean either. But if you keep the compression straps relatively loose, then you know you can zip it down just fine

So let's open up the main compartment here, so you can see what i've got inside just got my laptop. So i believe this fits up to a 15-inch laptop

 If you want it doesn't really look as neat. If you do and then, of course, this compression strap does block the main compartment zipper. If you use it so just something to be aware of, i kind of like how it holds the water bottle into place, though so that's kind of nice. But again it's going to block the main compartment
