This seemed like a really nice backpack and looked good when it arrived. Unfortunately it didn't fit me. I am on the small side (5'2" and 120lbs) so the stiff foam straps were too wide for my shoulders and restricted my arm movement.
Zipper

Some people have complained about the zippers, but I have opened and closed each pocket hundreds of times and they are still working great. When I am traveling I use this as my purse so the zippers get lots of use. They are not the best made zippers, but if you don't abuse them, they will hold up well. There is ample room to store all I need even when I have the water bladder full

UPDATE: For those pilgrims out there who don't dig the hydration bladder, i forgot to mention that the first thing i do with these bargain daypacks is to replace at least the mouthpiece with the Camelbak bite valve. They run about $6 and it really smartens up the whole sip from a tube while your on the move-groove. 'nuff said.
Compartment

I liked everything about this pack and decided to go ahead and buy it. Pockets: The pack has four zippered pockets the biggest used for the hydration bladder and it has a Velcro strap to hold the bladder in place. There are also two openings near the top at the start of the shoulder straps for the bladder tube to reach through. The second zippered pocket is just a normal storage pocket
