You can hardly fit anything in there and I don't want to have to shove things that I want easy access to in the main pouch. It's okay for right now because it's not snowing but once I have to transport bulkier things, I'll need to upgrade.

True to color, came with North Face tags on it (read reviews before buying and some people received their backpack without North Face tags). Size is good, pictures made it look bigger/more roomy so kind of disappointed that it wasn't as big as I was thinking. I take a commuter train to work and was looking for a backpack that would hold all my stuff so I wasn't fighting my purse, a lunch box and a jacket.
