Warranty
Jabra Elite 45h
Regarding the warranty on your Jabra Move Style Edition, the headset comes with a Manufacturer's warranty that begins the day you purchase the headset. There is no need to sign up for anything to obtain this warranty. You will, however, need to keep a copy of your purchase receipt as you will need it should you ever need a warranty replacement of your headset.

So now my house is down $400, and still needs new headsets. Maybe it was us, maybe it was just bad luck mixed with a company that doesn't have a good warranty. Either way I will not be buying from them again, and I would suggest you don't either, but it's your money.

Bluetooth Connectivity
Jabra Elite 45h
On top of this is a five band equalizer, the ability to adjust how long they stay on (including indefinitely), and other features. While these features are only available via smart phone, your settings remain in the headphones while using them with a computer. Cons: No jack for wired connection. They only work by Bluetooth
Sound Quality
Jabra Elite 45h
Jabra is a serious player in the ever-growing audio market. Even though Jabra headphones can’t compete with Bose and Sony in terms of sound quality, the Danish manufacturer has proven that it has accumulated an impressive amount of know-how to appeal to users. In the budget sector comes the Elite 45H on-ear headphone. The on-ear headphone Elite 45H offered by Jabra is designed for users with a small budget, which although may not benefit from noise reduction, can enjoy a long battery life with tremendous audio performance
SteelSeries Arctis 9X
I never had an issue with the audio or microphone quality on the Arctis 9X. When I tested the 9, the noise-cancelling function worked well enough, blocking out the hum of my ancient air conditioner and desktop PC fans without degrading the sound too much. I do have some nitpicks with the design, though.
Comfort
Jabra Elite 45h
I’ve never accepted that affordable should be synonymous with terrible. Around eight years ago, Wirecutter was one of the first (if not the first) major publications to seriously test and compare budget earbuds and headphones. All we wanted back then was something around $100 that fit comfortably, sounded great, and could take a phone call reasonably well. And we wanted a pair that was reliably easy to use
Battery Life
Jabra Elite 45h
I have a query/complaint in to Jabra now and I will update this review once I hear back from them. My experience so far: (1) the product arrived in excellent condition, (2) I charged the headset per instructions, (3) it workd beautifully for about a week. Once the set is turned on there are LED lights and a voice says "100% charge," (4) I turned them on and they were dead. I thought this was odd because just a few hours previously it was at "100% charge
SteelSeries Arctis 9X
Great sound quality. Solid battery life. Independent audio controls. Only con is you can't do Game Audio and Bluetooth at the same time
Fit
Jabra Elite 45h
This on-ear pair sounds, fits, and functions like it costs more than $100. There’s no option to use these with a cord, but the ultra-long battery life means you won’t need to charge frequently.
SteelSeries Arctis 9X
A lot of people find the Arctis headsets comfortable and well designed. The cushioning is great and the Airweave fabric breathes well enough to prevent the ear sweats. But I find the Arctis 9 a little too tight. The elastic headband is easy to adjust for vertical length, but (as with many headsets) there's no way to loosen it, at least without suffering while you break it in
Price Point
Jabra Elite 45h
The headset belongs in the budget category, so don’t expect miracles from these on-ear headphones. Jabra Elite 45H on-ear headphones provide no active noise cancelation or use of Bluetooth HD codecs, as the manufacturer has done its best to make the gadget affordable. But in other respects, the Jabra Elite 45H is a perfect choice.
SteelSeries Arctis 9X
Shortly thereafter the other set refused to power on, and likewise refused to charge. Now the thing about this is the people in my house hold who were using these sets take very good care of their possessions, even more so for these headphones as they were gifts with hefty price tags. Now I can understand having issues with one headset, as there's always a bet apple in production, but for two to go down so soon after purchasing them brand-new, I find to be unacceptable at this price point. If I'm going to play devils advocate, I can't say with 100% certainty that the one that refuses to charge wasn't damaged by a power surge
Durability
Jabra Elite 45h
amazingly, it wont bend! After months it still hasn't stretched out. In reality, this is a testament to the quality of material which is why I gave it 5 stars, even though I cant really use it. Someone looking for a sturdy headset would have a difficult time finding one more sturdy than this.
SteelSeries Arctis 9X
I have had two sets of these headsets and they break at the pivot for ear piece. Spud is great but cheap made.
