 However I would have like it to extend the padding a little more down the strap. If you wear it on the side or on your front you are out of padding but that would have added to the bulkiness. THe main thing I dont like is that I would have liked ONE LOOP on the outside to attach a lock clip, a strap, a locking carabiener or a string or lanyard or some kind of attachment if I desired.  Lightweight but strong. Comfortable for husky-framed men.  Dislike: The strap attachments suck: one is under the strap pocket; the other is a crappy plastic carabiner that I cut off and replaced with a buckle (required sewing). I would rather it was designed to wear only on one side, as the ambidextrous design means that the strap is stressed and not as comfortable as it should be

 I bought it to match my Osprey backpack, and I was going to use this for traveling abroad/airplane carryon. It's built just to hold a few things. And for what you get, it's way overpriced. Luckily, Amazon has a generous return policy
