The rest of the main compartment is a top load bottomless pit, so use those packing cubes people! The interior lining color differs from pack to pack depending on the exterior color you choose. However, Patagonia made sure to use different color exterior and interior colors, which we found really helpful when searching for gear inside the pack.

I needed a new backpack for school, I hadn't bought one in almost 5 years so I've been waiting and waiting to find the perfect one. This is definitely it! It's perfectly fits my laptop and books without being too clunky or heavy. I was worried about the size being a little too small but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it's a really great size! I'm happy I found this on sale, since Patagonia is usually so expensive.

I just wish Osprey can reduce the main compartment size and increase the day pack volume, and add some mod con such as multiple outside carrying pockets (it's not hard to do, the competitor's bag did it). I look forward to any future improvements.
