Thought I'd let you guys before you read my review. Make sure to leave the format at 16 bit, 48000Hz. If you set it to 16 bit, 96000Hz you will hear a ton of crackling and static noises. I tried multiple of the same headsets and they all had the same issue

I wore them for 8 hours straight and felt no discomfort the entire time • HyperSense is awesome (high settings is too much for me, low-medium is best) • Nice RGB lighting on the sides • Long USB cable • Actually decent mic  Cons  • HyperSense might cause tension headaches if set to high • Replacing ear cups seems like a pain

I bought these when my last headset died. Though these are very comfortable to wear.. That is about it for me

I want to love these, but i can't

 Combed through windows sound settings to make sure nothing else is interfering with the Razer application. Made sure my OC profile for my motherboard wasn't causing weird voltage spike responses from the software or headphones. I was going to start the road to support with Razer but I thought.

I really wanted to keep these headphones as they were by far the best I've tried in terms of comfort and audio quality. However, the Razer software or the THX software that is controlled by it was causing crackling and popping to occur at certain frequencies or at random times. I tried a clean install as described by a YouTube video (deleted regedit entries/program folders/etc). I worked IT for a long time now so not a stranger to rudimentary application uninstalls and clean starts

 I don't have time to and would rather find something else (settled on Logitech Gaming Pro X and they're just as nice, if not better - software is simple and really customizable for a great pair of headphones and currently on sale!) I just couldn't deal with the audial goodness being interrupted by the crackling/popping noise, whether it was music, videos, or videogames. It's a shame - I really wanted to keep these headphones to round out my Razer merch but I couldn't hang. Thankfully - Amazon has a cool return/replacement warranty so I just returned 'them' (yes I went through two as I tried replacing the hardware and still had the same issue). Hopefully, you will have better luck than I - the others on this review panel seem to have no issue

 I couldn’t use the surround sound or whatever because it would crackle. New pc, maybe they’ll work, but razer mice and headphones are probably going to be a “fuck no” for me.

The first headset lasted me a long time and I enjoyed them, got the razer nari ultimate for $200 and they’re h o t garbage. They’re nice and comfortable when they work, but I had to have them plugged into the charger for them to work, and even then, it was only stereo.  Recording or even speaking to others via the mic is like scanning old radio signals for air. I would care less about the mic if the sound quality was better; but, with both features operating like early developed radio systems, I would go a different route.  I would not recommend this product.

After having thoroughly tested this headset out in multiple configurations, via the associated software, I would have to say that it is sub-par for any user. Definitely of the low-end range of Headsets

 I like to take care of all my things, so physical damage is definitely not a possibility, I've never dropped the thing. I'm about to write to customer support, which I am guessing will be an arduous experience of me sending my headset in only to not see it for at least a month or so. When the consumer is paying this much for a "quality" product, you'd think it wouldn't crap out so soon.

I've owned this headset about 6 months now. It was genuinely great at first; I think the sound quality is good, the noise cancellation is decent, and they're a comfortable wear. However.

 Searching online, I found out this is a big issue with this headset and many people have this problem. My fix? I tap the left side until it works (sometimes a light tap doesn't work and I don't want to bully my headset)..
