 Your foot provide a little bit more stability without making the midsole any heavier. The midsole is power, run and power run has had a little bit of a revamp for the 14. It'S a little bit more cushioned and snappier than its previous iterations. Making the shoe slightly lighter, i found the ride to be quite comfortable

 The little bit of extra pop and the power run foam i appreciated, and then the rethinking of stability, which comes through slightly less tpu on the bottom and adding a little bit of a framework through the upper, i think, is genius and really really enhances the ride. If you are looking for a stability trainer, but you don't want to be weighed down, consider trying the guide 14 

REVIEW: Saucony Guide 14

 I did the run on the treadmill. It was a 14k run and after about 10k, i started getting a lot of discomfort on my left forefoot area, and sometimes you get a little bit of discomfort because maybe for reasons you probably can't even explain and then you carry on running and it goes away. This didn't do that if anything, this was getting worse, the more i was running on it and if i wasn't towards the end of the run, i would have just had to stop the run called it a day and and just put it to bed um. I didn't i carried on because i was towards the end and the discomfort did not go away until i took the sh until i stopped running and took the shoe off the very next day

 I normally wait 50 miles at least 80 kilometers before i review it, because you need a few different types of runs. You need to sort of it's not always going to be the same on the first run as it is after 50 miles, and you want to get that experience of the shoe before you do a shoe review and share it with all you guys, because you can't Be positive about a shoe really until you've got that experience, but i think you you will know sometimes on a first impressions video if the shoe just isn't right and for me this shoe isn't right. Now, i'm not saying that's going to necessarily be the case for you, and certainly if you run in saucony guide shoes before then i wouldn't necessarily say that you're going to have a problem with it. Saucony Guide 14 FIRST (and LAST) Impressions | Running Shoe REVIEW | Here We Are Running

 The hurricane 23 is the most shock absorbing running shoe from saucony. In my opinion, the saucony hurricane 23 is designed for the runner, who is looking for a stability running shoe that can run for many kilometers. It is a true workhorse for the long and daily runs where i feel like i'm levitating on the softest and most bouncy sky, even after plenty of kilometers in terms of the type of running shoe, the saucony 23 is quite similar too, that is the asics gel Keanu and the mizuno wave horizon, but there are still some areas where it distinguishes itself from the competitors focusing on the upper. I think the saucony has hit the bull's eye with this one

A stability running shoe is not only a stability running shoe. You have to pick the shoe that fits your needs, maybe you're looking for luxurious comfort or perhaps a bit more dynamic comfort, regardless saucony has just released two fantastic stability, shoes which i have tested and feel quite excited about, and this is in spite of the fact That i'm not normally a pronating runner. The first new release is the sarcony hurricane 23 and the other new release is the saucony guide. 14

 It has a perfect and flexible fit and gives your feet the softest and most loving hug. The entire upper almost feel like one big memory foam, which still is super breathable, in my opinion, unlike many other pronating running shoes that might feel a bit awkward, at least that's what i think. As a pronating runner, i have experienced a really light and smooth rolling action of the foot from the heel to the toe with this model. This is because saucony's power run plus foam located here in the midsole feels surprisingly light, even though the hurricane is a shoe, that is on the heavier side, it is very responsive and then it delivers this incredibly luxurious and bouncy experience even on my longer runs

 When i pick up the pace, saucony's guide technology in the midsole also ensures that the feet are being stabilized 100, which i have had the pleasure of experiencing. Just like the hurricane 23. The support is there, but you don't notice it, which i think is a big big plus also. I think it is worth highlighting the outsole saucony has decided to add a rubber sole by using their own tri-flex design

 You know it's it's stout to help lock your heel in and also to prevent any lateral movement for your heel. Inside the shoe there, we're looking at power run midsole material, which is a tpu eva blend, okay, for the actual compound going into the midsole foam uh.  Okay. Moving on to that outsole, it is this tri-flex crystal rubber. It'S a little softer under the forefoot, great job saucony and even it's a little firmer through the heel, but it's it's rock hard on the medial side here on the outs. It'S so they're doing that intentionally again to help you stay aligned, so you're not collapsing in um through your foot strikes so overall score for the outsole 7

  I'm also not a big fan of the foam thing. Sure, it looks good at the start, but the instant you step in your shoe they become crinkly and ugly. I would suggest, if you're not doing some serious running and just using these as walking around shoes, to get something with the normal sole that you can take out in the winter. These have no traction on ice, which is par for the course, I suppose

 So this is a size 9. So the sample size, 4, catalog and so on and so forth. It comes in at eight point: six ounces, 243 grams. My thighs 9 sample last year came in at nine point three: four ounces or 264 grams, so about point: seven or more ounces: less and wait for the new version or about 22 grams

 Here you have a more cushion heel, just as stable, mid foot and kind of a more flexible, more cushioned forefoot, so we're gon na have much more in a full written review.  So when i lace these shoes up, they catch on the material and it is the most annoying thing in the world.
