The vacuum was received 2 weeks ago and has been used 4 times. I have changed the bag, inspected the filter as well as looked for clogs everywhere..

It might work OK if the longer pile rug is permanently installed wall to wall, but for longer pile throw rugs, this machine is not good. -Wish the beater bar would turn off when I'm using the wand or the "power paw". The beater bar just spins and spins when I'm using the wand. - No storage place on the machine for an extra section of wand - that's annoying

My SEBO K3 vacuum cleaner. I've been using a crappy Kenmore canister for over 20 years that had poor suction and leaked dust into the air. The room would smell and my allergies would flare up each time I vacuumed. With this fine piece of German engineering, the HEPA filters contain all of the dust, leaving my house dust-free and smell-free

In addition, stop and get off the bike when I move between those spots. I shouldn't judge the bike by the transistion spot since is not a fair comparison.

You do lose sealed HEPA filtration with that but the filtration is very good with those machines

The SEBO K3 is wonderfully quiet. The exhaust air passes through what looks like a cushy bumper around the perimeter of the canister. Hence, the name "Airbelt." This excellent design helps account for the quiet operation of the machine

the vacuum needs a 2 way power switch so the roller brush can be shut off while using the hose and wand. A little expensive.

There's nothing really better than a power nozzle canister (like the SEBO K3) for being able to tackle a variety of surfaces. You probably wouldn't end up using the ET-1 powerhead as much if you moved someplace with hard floors and area rugs, but the SEBO K3's still gonna be a top tier vacuum when equipped with a hard floor nozzle. If it's not included in the box, I'd highly recommend getting the Premium Parquet head. Best hard floor tool on the market IMO

Kenmore canister vacuums are good value for the price and occupy a narrow middle price range. They aren't budget but aren't Buy It For Life either. They are one of the cheapest options for a canister vacuum with an electric power head and they usually come with lots of accessories. The Kenmore will clean fairly well, all vacuums are limited to 12 amps by our household outlets

But for the money, it's not much of an improvement over my old vac, and the cord retraction and inability to disconnect the powerhead with your foot are starting to really irritate me. What really makes it irritating is that they would seem to be easy fixes, and I don't know why they have not made that change. If I had a time machine and could go back 12 months, I'd get another Progressive vac, or try a different vac. I would not buy this again

Attachments swivel and does not stick honestly The Sebo feels like it was made by people who actually knows what’s needed when vacuum cleaning (unlike the Dyson folks) and nothing is complicated or hard to change! This is the best vacuum I have owned and easily beats Miele, Dyson, Electrolux and many other brands I have owned. Also the Price is well worth the product!

. ten years in and I am just now servicing it with a new filter and belt, and not because it is faltering at all but just because it has been faithful for TEN years! I was also told Sebo vacuums have been used for decades in the White House and that it will last long enough to pass on to my kids! Not sure about that, but honestly the thing is a workhorse and worth the price tag.

I recommended going to a local dealer. I just got a Sebo K3 with 8 bags, filter replacement and the turbo brush attachment for $650. Plus supporting and knowing the person who will probably service your machine is nice too.

.we have now had this over 10 years and despite needing a cord repair (again from an inattentive user running over and over the cord thus fraying the rubber covering) and repair of the handle locking mechanism (each costing about $60) any hose clog, brush entanglement or other suction problem has been so easy to troubleshoot myself that the power of the vacuum today is the same as when I bought it. It easily pulls up all the labrador hair from the corner of the rugs and transitions easily from rugs to hard wood or tile floors

Suction not as good as I had hoped. Though it is really quiet compared to conventional vacuums. Returned item in hopes to find something with better suction that fills the bag.

I’m in UK and own the sebo x4 pet eco and the sebo felix pet epower, the x4 I’ve owned a few years and that’s a 900w motor and my felix is a year old and has a 650w motor I don’t see a change in them with power or pickup performance just the noise of them that’s all and bags are both same style hepa grade filters on both.

The Kenmore is too loud. We used to be loyal to the Kenmore brand and even bought the Panasonic version once but now it is Sebo all the way. We had tried a Miele years ago when we settled on our first Sebo K3. The only problem we had with the Miele if you are curious is how hard it is to push and pull on carpeting

Since the cannister attachments are so difficult to use, even with the extender hose for the upholstery, I went back to using the lightweight Oreck cannister to do the upholstery also. The Sebo cord is very long but also thin so it keeps tangling and I spend a lot of my cleaning time getting cord untangled. The only good thing about this vacuum is that it adjusts automatically going from hardwood to carpet. I am going to sell this vacuum since it's only a couple of months old and buy a new Oreck upright as well as a new Oreck cannister vacuum

This is my third Sebo after having owned older ones for years and replacing parts that were costly but always available. Some advances with the newer one: quieter, lighter, and smaller. But the cord is TOO short ---unless the user does not object to re-plugging from room-to-room. And get this: The small brush attachment is loosely secured outside to the handle with a makeshift plastic clip! Oh, the cost of the bags: Sort of like the old inkjet printers that retailed for $100
