Basically, I want a keyboard with a layout of the Alienware AW768 (programmable keys and media controls are a must) with a removable cable. If Dell made an Alienware AW768 with a removable cable, I'd buy that. I could splurge and get one with a similar build quality to the Vortex Tab 90M, but not a huge issue. And yes, I could use the Vortex as my daily driver, but I would prefer to have a keyboard with a traditional full layout, and not the compact layout of the Vortex

The other design choice made is the 1.5 U width delete and esc keys (which I love). They are great and the larger surface is cool, but it also means that you can't use any standard keycap sets that replace those keys. I suppose the esc key is easy

I would just change the text to black, and if you make the key caps profile DSA or Cherry, I'd be all over that.

The keys have a linear level design and feel very nice to type on. The typing experience is light with the Brown switches, but the ergonomics of the board aren't the best. It only features one incline setting that can be set by screwing in additional feet. It also has a non-typical layout with a TKL 75% design

DO NOT JUST PULL THEM!!! Be patient and wiggle them back and forth. It is the only way to properly remove keycaps. I thought the same thing but kept at it. Example, to remove the ESC key for the first time
