Uh we're looking at about 7.75 inches overall and there and see if i can show that tip there uh, i believe about a three and a half inch cutting edge or three and a half inch uh blade. I think the cutting edge is actually a little shorter because of the sharpening choil here

 These really cool boxes is because, like you know, you can use this later put stuff in it store stuff in it. That'S it's a very neat container, something that people are are very unlikely to toss in the trash. So let's get the knife out here and take a look uh underneath it for a second. So you get the certificate here

 Um and one of the let's, let's talk about a few things, oh also before we forget it got a nice notch here for your fire, steel uh for for striking getting fires lit um and then the last thing. I want to talk about with this knife that we're going to dive into a good little bit here is this: is the best scout carry knife that i think i've ever owned? I love this knife and the benchmade company. My only reasoning for not being five stars is that one side of the diamond wood is a lot darker than the other and it looks quite off putting. Other than that it's fantastic!

Fantastic knife! I love it!

Holding it in my hand, the Diamond Wood scales have a great feel: Smooth and though not super "grippy", I never feel out of control of the knife. The weight is just right for me. It sits just a little heavy in the palm which when opened gives a sense of stability and control, yet the knife remains agile and compliant. Deployment is like silk

 However, for me it was well worth it. It is clear that a lot of thought and work went into the design and build of this knife. I'd say that this is a case where you DO get what you pay for.

 But the quality shows. The knife is easily opened and closed using the thumb stud. It is ambidextrous. It is easy to open the very first time and it loosens a little more with use

Very nice folding knife

 It is thinner stock. It still has the quick taper point, so the points not fragile. It retains that nice ergonomic shape to the handle, which is great to get a secure grip, but not radical enough to actually cause hot spots or blisters in sustained use. It retains the ramp of the Bravo but, of course, is available without the ramp
