5 inch screen with a 16x9 aspect ratio and runs with a 1080p resolution so 1920x1080. Nothing special about that. Here's where it gets interesting. The panel runs with a 144hz refresh rate, has a one millisecond grade, agree response time, and features Amd's freesync, making it an excellent choice for gamers, especially when you consider that it can be picked up for just 299 Australian dollars, but it should be around 200 us dollars

 Unfortunately, I've only got Nvidia cards here, so I wasn't able to test that out myself. It's also a Tn panel, meaning that it's going to look best directly. Front on Acer lists the viewing angles as 170 degrees horizontally and 160 degrees vertically. Looking side to side, I didn't notice too much of a change

In terms of colour accuracy, I couldn't find any information about this so went into my own testing expecting the worst

Acer KG251QF Gaming Monitor Review

Can't recommend purely off of just how limited the range of adjustable angles is. I couldn't even be bothered trying it out to see how the picture quality stacks up because I knew I wouldn't be able to tolerate being unable to angle the monitor to any meaningful degree. The only reason it even gets 3 stars is because I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and assuming the picture quality is amazing. Unless you really don't care about the monitor being effectively locked to a straight head-on view with basically no wiggle room, I'd suggest you look elsewhere

 It may as well just be a 24". The image in uncrisp/slightly blurry and it doesn't even fully use the 144hz. After adjusting the settings to get the best possible image my 60hz BENQ's we're just still better. The refresh rate did not feel accurate to 144hz at all and even in my monitor display settings it was listed at only 142hz? Weird

Not good quality. Just spend a little bit more to get something worth your $$

In retrospect I should have just spent the extra money for the 144Hz, 1440p monitor. Overall, reasonably satisfied, but I think the higher res monitor would be better.  By default, the monitor displayed at 60Hz. To get the monitor to operate at 144Hz, the display frequency must be changed by going into the display settings --> advanced display settings --> display adapter properties for Display --> monitor --> screen refresh rate : choose 144
