 It was for our daughter, a 20 year old, and she informed us of this defect later than we would've liked her to. In addition to the blue screening, the fan would rev and heat up. She contacted tech support (I was in the room for the speaker calls) multiple times from April 2021 to April of 2022. Each time she had to reiterate the issue, walk through nearly the EXACT same steps she'd done every other time she called

 I asked her to have a manager call me because I wasn't paying one more dime. She said a manager would call in 15 minutes. Now, several hours later, no one else has called me.  I strongly advise buyers be aware of common blue screening issues with this model
