 They're essentially straight fit (which isn't necessarily bad), but definitely not slim fit by any reasonable definition. I have no objection to owning a pair of regular slacks and they have decent sizing options, so I'll keep them. But they're not as described.

These are basically Dockers slacks. They're not chinos at all. They feel like standard slacks that have been on the market forever. They're not stretchy or smooth, like most chinos on the market today

 I took a chance and purchased 3 pairs for my son in his usual size in different colors. The lesson: size up at the waist 2 inches. I returned all the pants and repurchased in 30x32. My son says the larger size now fits perfectly

I was pleasantly surprised at how well these pants fit, I really thought I was taking something of a crap shoot ordering sight unseen. I'm, 6'1", 205 lb and wear 35 x 34 which in itself is a hard size to find and they were a great fit. I now have a lot more faith in pants listed "fit as advertised" because these certainly do.

Very nice quality, especially for the price. The sizing is different from jeans though. I wear a 34x30 in jeans and had to exchange them. I went with a 36x29 and they fit perfect in the waist and put the bottom of the pant leg right at the ankle bone
