 Today's video is a full review and benchmarks of the Huawei Matebook 14. I bought this laptop because I've been waiting for the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro for ages, and when this guy wasn't released in so long, I wanted to make a review series about an as viable competitor as possible, and I feel like the Matebook 14 is one of the most viable competitors to it. I paid around 1000 euros, or roughly 1200 dollars, for my configuration, which is with the AMD Ryzen 5 4600H CPU. It comes with 16GB of RAM, with a 512GB SSD, and it comes with this gorgeous 3x2 aspect ratio display, however in this model it is not the touchscreen

Huawei Matebook 14 AMD Ryzen 5 4600H Full Review & Benchmarks

 How well the Ryzen 5 4600H fares in practice is going to depend greatly on the system it's being integrated into because this simply is not going to be a major bottleneck for entry level configurations. What's more likely is we'll see performance limited by the memory and GPU configuration, as is the case with this TUF A15. This system has just single channel memory out of the box and a GPU that tops out at a GTX 1650 Ti. The Ryzen 5 4600H is also powerful enough that it throws up interesting questions around laptop configurations

 I think Intel have been a bit blindsided here because offering just a quad core CPU in the Core i5 10300H with their latest generation to compete with this six core Ryzen 5 CPU is looking a bit silly right now. Granted the Core i5 range isn't that popular with OEMs, but whether the Ryzen 5 4600H is competing against the Core i5 range or Core i7, AMD still comes out on top in most productivity workloads. How well the Ryzen 5 4600H fares in practice is going to depend greatly on the system it's being integrated into because this simply is not going to be a major bottleneck for entry level configurations. What's more likely is we'll see performance limited by the memory and GPU configuration, as is the case with this TUF A15

 And on paper, it's quite a compelling piece of silicon to be putting in budget devices. AMD is delivering 6 Zen2 CPU cores and 12 threads, along with a base frequency of 3.0GHz and a boost up to 4.0GHz, along with 8MB of level 3 cache and a standard 45W TDP

 While it does look quite similar to the TUF Gaming A15 that I used for my Ryzen 7 4800H review, there are some subtle differences to the design both inside and out. On the outside, the slightly different colour scheme will of course be huge news that'll rock the laptop market, but on the inside we also get a smaller, cheaper cooler that lacks an exhaust vent along the right side. The Ryzen 7 4800H achieving a 30 to 40% multi core performance lead over Intel's current high end eight core processes really blew me away, especially given AMD's past attempts at an H series laptop APU. But while the high end parts set the tone for AMD Zen 2 lineup, I think the Ryzen 5 4600H is the most impressive of the bunch

Is this laptop good enough?

I know most of you wouldn't suggest a laptop for gaming. But, I need a laptop with the following features:

Display: Ips display with 1080 original higher

CPU: i5/i7 9th, 10th and 11th gen

RAM: 16gb (8gb if expandable)

SSD: 512 gb (can compromise for 256  if I find a good match)

Graphic card: 1650/1650ti

Gaming would be my secondary priority, I need a laptop to work. I need it to be smooth while running visual studio, android studio or/with multiple chrome tabs.

I would love to have a PC, but I am inclined to buy a laptop for few reasons(I may also travel)

I personally want to but a MSI laptop. I have no idea about the customer service etc. So currently I am thinking of Acer nitro 5 series

I would appreciate it if I get few suggestions.
