Like the comfort, decreased the discomfort that I had with a standard mouse. Dislikes buttons are not programmable like a standard mouse.

  The finish is too slippery which makes difficult to grip.  The back button id okay but the forward button is awkward.  I have to take my hand off mouse to hit it without hitting other buttons.  That defeats the purpose

It's comfortable to use but the reason for only two stars is it goes through batteries like water flowing down a drain.     Bought in March and the tracking has also developed problems.    Would not buy again.

Pointer jumps around and it's difficult to get it to go where you want it, which means you end up using your hand more than you would a regular mouse, which defeats the purpose of this product. The grip on this thing is also uncomfortable. My regular mouse hurt my hand less than this one. Don't waste your money on a cheap vertical mouse if you have arthritis or carpel tunnel etc
