 For ports we get two HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort plus a few USB ports and an audio jack, fairly standard setup these days. The on-screen display where you can find all the features I was talking about earlier can be accessed through the directional toggle on the bottom edge, you can also control it on your PC through Gigabyte's included software suite, which is pretty neat. Several other areas are fairly average too, we're talking contrast ratio, out-of-the-box calibration and full-chain input lag

 Today though we're looking at the AORUS CV27Q. This is a 27 inch 1440p monitor like the AD27QD, but it uses a curved VA panel rather than a flat IPS. It's still a high refresh though, hitting a maximum of 165Hz with adaptive sync of course. It's also more curved than your typical curved display at 1500R vs 1800R

Several other areas are fairly average too, we're talking contrast ratio, out-of-the-box calibration and full-chain input lag. Nothing terrible, in fact really there's nothing here that's a deal breaker, like a stand that falls apart or horribly slow performance, nothing like that. And there's even stuff here that's pretty good, like the build quality, feature set and uniformity, but in general this isn't a monitor that provides a best-in-class VA experience, as I said it's more towards the entry-level end

And just like almost all current gaming monitors, the CV27Q also has RGB. Not really HDR.

 Also another thing I really like on this is the height adjustable stand you can adjust it up and down or you can adjust it left and right and tilt it up and down to best fit inside your gaming setup depending on your height preferences. This really makes this monitor very easy and very comfortable to use. So another thing I want to highlight on this monitor is the 165Hz refresh rate. This is going to allow for smoother action so if you guys like to play games and be immersed in your gameplay this is a really great monitor especially when paired with that 1440p resolution

 So if you guys are familiar with AORUS monitors you might have heard of the CV27F. This one over here is called the CV27Q and the biggest difference is in the naming. Q stands for QHD so this monitor features a 2560 by 1440p panel. It's got a higher resolution so you can enjoy sharper image quality as well as more immersive gameplay
