Hey, I would need help/advice with new bought CPU I9-12900KS which is overheating like crazy.

My set:
\- 6400MHz Kingston 32GB RAM
\- I9-12900KS with Noctua nh-d15
\- MSI PRO Z690-A DDR5

When I was doing stress test in Aida64 I was getting 100°C on Package and 3-4 cores. Then I went to BIOS and under volted for 0.05V, nothing was better, then again I went to under volt for another 0.05V and again nothing was better so I ended up with 0.150V under volted and with this my temperatures are below 100°C. Yes I have used blue plastics (which are for LGA1700) when I was placing Noctua NH-D15.

Is there a way to test or check if CPU is faulty or do you have any idea how to fix that?

Which of these options will likely best cool an i9-12900k which can consume 125-241W? I'm also open to other coolers. I've already ordered or pre-ordered all other parts for my new PC build.
