So that's the Asetek 645LT and I've got to say it's pretty cool to see high performance cooling solutions make their way to small form factors and big...

I was originally in a DAN A4 with the LoserCard mod (using their pink power cables!) and the Asetek 645LT, but that wasn't enough to overclock the Ryzen 7 5800X I had in it and it was barely enough to keep it cool at stock frequency.

GPU under full load stabilizes around 65 (undervolt @850mv 1860mhz) and CPU at 85 (PBO -4 all cores 4.4ghz). Went originally from a Dan A4 with Asetek 645LT but not only was the CPU cooler insufficient by a mile the 3080 FE cooler blowing air directly into PSU caused PSU to shut down due to overheay during gaming sessions which resulted in this mess.

I've got a 9700K cooled with a the 92mm Asetek 645LT and it stays within acceptable parameters (runs to around 85 degrees while gaming), but newer CPUs run markedly hotter, and I expect a one way ticket to Throttle Town whenever I end up upgrading. Truth be told, I don't see a strong need for upgrading my CPU, because all the games I play are GPU bound anyway, so until I can benefit from Direct Storage, I'm going to kick that can down the road. Oh, and no, I don't undervolt/downclock my CPU or GPU. The 9700K is about the top end of what the asetek AIO can keep cool (while gaming, which isn't full load for GPU bound games), and the GPU gets ample fresh air and is not an issue running at full load.

Blackridge w/ Noctua fan swap will have a bit more cooling potential and you won't need to use a fan duct in the Dan A4. That said, both are from from enough to cool a 5800x - the 5800x is the hottest Zen 3 chip, so even if you were to use the Asetek 645LT 92mm AIO, you'd be close to throttling!. Change your CPU to a 65W TDP Ryzen or get a case that supports a much bigger cooler.

I have tried and evaluated the Asetek 645LT in my [**DAN A4 SFX**](https://imgur.com/AgD077d) build with an Intel i9-11900 rated at 65W. Sadly, inspite of the positive reviews given by Optimum Tech of the AIO, in my build, I just found it didn't provide good enough thermals and was frankly suprised as the i9-11900 cpu is pretty energy efficient. Therefore; unless I had a defective unit, I cannot recommend it in your case.
