**Uses:** the main use would be dog walking and maintanence.

**Battery:** preferably a 18650 Battery with simple plug in charging so i dont have to remove the battery for charging

**Size**:  must fit comfortably in your hand and easily maneuverable 

**Type**:  Handheld

**Main Use**: The light will be held in hand 99% of the time often in rainy conditions 

**Switch Type**:  Side switch

**Anything Else?**:  as it will be a general use flashlight used by multiple people its likely to be dropped so something durable and rugged would be ideal. a magnetic tail cap is great but not a deal breaker
