At first I was very happy with this coffee maker. It looks classy, and matches great with my appliances. We did a couple tests side-by-side with my old coffee maker. This one takes slightly longer to make a pot of coffee, but makes much hotter coffee, well worth the extra 30-40 seconds! It seems to keep the coffee hotter after it is made as well

Paint coming off Burner - Less than one year old

 The heat partially popped the stainless steel front off only after a few uses, the flavor of the coffee is mediocre, and the machine has so many crevices in the top it’s impossible to clean. I had bought this to replace a brand new $30 Mr. Coffee pot that was a piece of junk and honestly this wasn’t much better.

 The coffee flavor after brewing is excellent. My only complaint is the heating level. After pouring the first cup and putting milk into it, the temperature is lukewarm and requires heating in the microwave. This was the reason I bought the new coffee maker in the first place
