 So there's that. Another great positive thing I love about it is the fact that there is an easy cleanup all the parts detach. There's the fresh water holding tank super easy to come off the dirty water holding tank and then we'll pop up some pictures for you guys so you can see what we're referring to. This is a completely different day than the first recording of the review for the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro, but apparently somebody had diarrhea on my floor so I thought this would be a great opportunity to show you guys how well this would work on an area rug and to show you how the Bissell works. So I've already started on the spot right here. It's much slower than you think, but let me show you how this works

An odd one but my Bissell Crosswave. It vacuums, washes and dries all in one, and it’s such a time saver! I have 3 pets so my floors can get dirty/covered in hair,  and I was fed up sweeping and mopping every day. Now it takes me less than 10 minutes to do both because of this thing. Love it

And this is a good way to make a baby burp, the midwife told us that they used to use it for premature babies in the hospital, since they're very vulnerable, but it worked great so they decided to use it for every newborn.

It has absolutely changed the way I clean my home. Before, mopping was something that was done only before company or after my guilty feelings piled up enough that I forced myself to do it--I always intended to mop out the dog's pen once a week but that would drag out. Now my hard floors get mopped daily or every second day, because it's easy and fun and the result is so nice. 

None of the techy "smart" features work (it doesn't auto-detect dirt, it just randomly changes the speed and intensity at times), the self cleaning feature is incredibly annoying and nonsensical (it talks too much, and is very demanding, still needs to be properly cleaned afterwards). 

Needs to be cleaned after use--common sense, but if you let it sit it will smell bad and eventually grow mould I'm sure. Microfibre is best cleaned with bar soap, not detergent or liquid soap. 

 I was struggling to mop, somehow lacking the motivation to get it done after vacuuming the house. I have laid down a large piece of "woodplank" vinyl underneath a big playpen for my dog, and his area needed turning out and mopping weekly, but this was always an ordeal I dreaded. I also don't wear shoes in the house, so barefoot comfort was really important. 

 Not sure about this one. I just know that when trying to clean my entry rug (following the directions) the machine stuck to it and stopped working until I pulled it off of the rug. One good note, it does clean well. If you don't mind cleaning more messes up after using this machine than it's for you

 very disappointing to me. I definitely have buyer remorse. Definitely not worth the $269. Update: I tried to give this machine another chance after going through the cleaning procedure

 I had to completely remove the brush and clean it in the sink, then re-mop what I had just done. Still need to use my Swiffer due to about a one-inch gap between the wall and the brush, so I still have to make a pass around the edges of the room. Disappointing vacuum based on other reviews that have RAVED over the abilities of the vacuum, but a small amount of doggie hair just gets tangled up in the brush or stuck to the floor. Instead of eliminating the extra step of vacuuming before mopping, I still have to use my full-sized vacuum

I would also choose the Bissell over the Tineco and Hizero because they seem to run out of supplies online, and I would buy it from Costco or another reputable store in case you want to or need to return it.

Be aware Crosswaves are loud and need cleanup after every use. I would buy the CrossWave Pet version or the CrossWave Premier from Costco because they come with a hair strainer not on the standard version. I would buy one of the corded versions because to avoid any battery problems and because the batteries are not replaceable. Is the bissell crosswave the best option?

 I have an older model from Hoover rug cleaner which I've had from 2014, it still works great today, I've used it for my business for commercial use, at a 2-3000 square feet 4 bedroom house, never had to call a commercial rug cleaner because it did it's a job very well. Way easier to clean just pull out of the tray like this one but no extra parts (filter) which made it nasty to handle, just pull out and dump into the toilet, no mess and headache to clean, brushes rotated in a right and left rotations (3-4 circle brushes). Highly recommend it for the next model. The only con was that it was very heavy but very durable

 Now if I were to rate 1-10 I would give this a 6-7, I have mixed feelings but it's a good product that has future potential, points to look at they need to look at the model I used in the past (no mess easy to dump and clean, no filter) and incorporate it into newer models. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the brush for this model or design will always result in long hair wrapped around the brush as it would for most conventional vacuums. I really like using it (Except for the cleanup) we will see in 6 months to a year.

 3. Cleans floor really nicely. 4. I love using it, the swivel and maneuverability are excellent, and can get into most areas

I’m very happy with my Bissell crosswave. I don’t get streaks when I use it. Love the idea of a cordless, but I read that it only runs for 25 minutes at a time, which is not enough for me.
