Bodum Caffettiera

My fiance and I recently purchased an $80 Bodum coffee grinder that didn't work at all, out of the box. We tried contacting Bodum over a dozen times to troubleshoot or get a refund, and they've been ignoring us.

Bought the Bodum cold brew french press and left it at work to have coffee during the day. I use the same recipe I use at home using a standard jug or my mixpresso cold brew container and it comes out consistently terrible every time. I've used multiple different kinds of coffee including fresh ground or pre ground and the results are always the same. Dirty dish water.
