 I am distinctly Unhappy with the wireless printing. I was unable to get the mobile app on my cell connected, which is disappointing. Any documents or photos have to be uploaded to print from my computer. Additionally, each time I needed to print from my laptop, I had to reboot the printer and/or router

First of all, before you connect to the Wifi, please reset the network setting by pressing Stop and Wifi for 2 seconds and once it blinks, then press Colour Copy for 2 seconds.
