It's super warm - I've been wearing it out in cold Nordic temperatures (I'm from Canada but live in Europe) for the past month and I don't feel a thing. The build is fantastic.

# First impressions after 30 days of wear. I had this jacket for almost two months now and I can say confidently say that I love this thing. Having owned quite a few jackets in my life, nothing I have ever owned can hold the candle to this one.

On its own you are really only comfortable until about the mid 50s. They work decently well as a wind shell, so if you wear a sweater underneath (which is part of the look for this jacket and they are intentionally made large so it will fit) you can probably manage to around 30 degrees. The wax has a nasty feeling when it is fresh, and it loses all of its waterproof-ness as it wears off. So you have to get it re-waxed at least every year which is about $30 to do yourself, but in my experience it comes out streaky or wet patch looking, or it's over $100 to have done professionally.
